Poor customer service. I’m not sure if the establishment is racist or not but that is taste left in my mouth after my encounter. Before you have to ask, yes i am. After all other customers were tended to and accommodated for and we stood by the lobby counter until the cashier came to us and confused a simple order multiple times. That itself was not the issue. Not only had I reiterated my order multiple times as she confused the size, and items of my order, I was patient as she went to the back to call for help to ring in a medium Hawaiian pizza and spinach rondos. (Because hey, she could just be new) I placed the order, left the establishment, waited the estimated 30 minutes for preparation and came back only to receive the wrong order. A large Hawaiian. As I inquired about the rondos, both the cashier & myself shared a look of confusion before she instructed me to look at my receipt where she charged for a large Hawaiian. This is when I got irritated because this the order I specifically went over with her that I didn’t want. She then proceeded about how she didn’t hear me say that only for her colleague (that assisted her earlier in the order) doubled down on the fact that I indeed ordered rondos. Even though upset, I took my order and left. Upon arriving home my pizza was bent in the box and haphazardly cut. After thinking about all of this, this is what brings me to my initial statement. I can see why the establishment in understaffed. I love the company but this location has to do better. Read moreAfter several attempts to find someone home, LaRosa delivery boy Nathan Howard approached me as I was rounding the corner of house. He had a concerned look on his face and an intensity in his voice. He explained that while delivering a pizza to one of my neighbors he discovered she had fallen from her wheel chair and needed assistance getting back into the chair. I grabbed my mask and followed him over to the lady who was by her front door on the floor. Nathan did what hopefully anyone would do and found help to safely put her back in her chair. However, he went beyond and reassured the the woman who said that she was embarrassed that "life happens and not to be embarrassed." He then offered to get her some water and asked if there was anything else he could do for her. She declined and he handed her the pizza and we left. However, he didn't stop there. After beginning to pull away in his car he stopped and gave me his name and said if I ever ordered from LaRosa Pizza ask for him and he ask his manager if he could add a little something to my order for helping him with the LaRosa customer in need. I've heard many negative things about the teens in Middletown. I hope to think Middletown has many more Nathan's in it !! LaRosa is lucky to have him. Read moreWe ordered a Pizza at 10pm through the App. They close at 11pm. My husband realized our phone number was wrong so he changed it in the App, our email was correct. At 11:30 our pizza hadn’t arrived. We waited to call because it had snowed and figured they were running behind. We found out that they canceled our order because they were unable to get to it after having the order for an hour. Nobody contacted us, we called them because for some reason they still had our old number on the ticket. They could have emailed. The customer service gentleman Jacob said they tried to call and the number was wrong. We explained we changed the number before sending the order and why couldn’t they send an email. We jad no wsy of knowing the system would print the old number because on our end it was changed. He kept arguing saying it was our fault. I then asked what he was going to do to make it right because now I have 3 kids not eating. I was told he needed to talk to another Supervisor (Ashe) who said they would do nothing! Is this how Larosa is treating their customers now! Ridiculous! They can keep their Buddy Cards and everything else because we will not go back if this is their behavior toward customers.
