Worst McDonald's ever! My husband and I went just to get a couple of shakes at about 8:30pm after our dinner as a dessert type thing. We pulled up to the ordering speaker and waited a couple of minutes when I said "hello?" and someone finally came on and rudely said "I'll be with you in a minute". He finally came back and took our order a couple of minutes later. We first asked for a chocolate shake but he said that the chocolate shake machine is not working. I then asked if shakes and all ice cream are out of the question and he said no, just the chocolate shake thing is broken. So then my husband and I both decided to get Oreo Mcflurry's. FINALLY, FIVE minutes later and we have our small, simple (you would think) order put in. Mind you... there was only ONE vehicle ahead of me that was already sitting there waiting for their food and NOBODY behind me, plus the parking lot was not that full at all!! I do not understand why it took FIVE MINUTES just to enter my order when it was not that busy at all. When I finally pulled up to pay, after the one vehicle in front of us finally left after a couple of minutes, the boy tried handing me two chocolate sundaes!!! SERIOUSLY?!?! After ALL of that, after ALL we ordered was TWO OREO MCFLURRY'S, after it took FIVE MINUTES just to get our order in and after sitting for ANOTHER few minutes of sitting in line... this boy seriously just tried handing me two chocolate sundaes?!?!? ARE YOU FRIGGING KIDDING ME!?!? THEN.... to make matters worse... would you believe it then took ANOTHER five minutes AT LEAST to get our Mcflurry's!!! There were a bunch of "workers" (if you want to call them that because there wasn't much WORKING happening there) just standing around joking and laughing with each other so the boy who tried handing me two chocolate sundaes asked one of the obnoxiously loud girls that was standing there with the other "workers" to get TWO Oreo Mcflurry's. Well, she FINALLY came back with ONE FRIGGING MCFLURRY and then took off obnoxiously talking and laughing with her other little work friends!! WHERE THE HECK ARE YOU GOING LITTLE GIRL?!?!? The boy then FINALLY went and made the other Mcflurry and we determinately pulled away!!! IT TOOK A TOTAL OF TWENTY DAMN MINUTES TO GET TWO FRIGGING OREO MCFLURRY'S!!! I thought McDonald's was supposed to be FAST food!?!?! It should NOT take 20 minutes to get only two Mcflurry's when there is NOBODY ELSE IN LINE!!! And McDonald's workers actually have the NERVE to ask for $15 per hour?!??! You can't even handle pouring Oreos and ice cream into a cup but you want $15 an hour?!?!? Working at McDonald's is supposed to be for high school kids and older retired people, not as a career unless you're a manager or something, but that does not mean that's an excuse to not do your job correctly! If you don't like it and/or how much you make, go out and get your damn education!! People with degrees are making $15 or more an hour, NOT fast food workers. This situation is a PERFECT example as to why you should not make any more that the $10 an hour you're making now! You can't even put ice cream and oreos into a cup correctly, listen, follow simple instructions and/or maintain good customer service/care!!! GO BACK TO SCHOOL OR...
Read moreFood wasn't bad. As I arrived from a long but very long trip, all I wanted to do was get out of my car, stretch, and eat. I ordered a "mcchicken meal (the mcchicken was supposed to be plain add cheese, which i, of course, paid extra for) I head outside to eat on the table. (First, they took about 10mns just to give me the food ), and then when i was about to eat the mcchicken, i noticed it has mayonnaise, lettuce, etc. I can definitely remove everything except the mayo. Ewww, I can't even stand the smell of mayo. My sister goes inside, and the manager tells her, "I personally took her order, and she did NOT ask for it plain." You have to get me the receipt and prove it to me. Otherwise, i will not give her a new one. (With an attitude) Well one thing about me is YOU DONT MESS WITH ME AND MY FOOD, ESPECIALLY WHEN I AM SUPER HUNGRY AND TIRED I went inside myself and told him 1) YOU LIED CUZ YOU DID NOT TAKE MY ORDER. AND 2) I DID ASK FOR IT PLAIN ALL HE SAID WAS "YOU WOULD HAVE TO PAY EXTRA FOR ADDING THE CHEESE" I TOLD HIM "I DID PAY EXTRA FOR THE CHEESE" BUT THE FACT THAT YOU SAID YOU PERSONALLY TOOK MY ORDER JUST GOT TO ME.... He then got mad and said "oh its not a problem, I'll just get you the right one" i said "you should've said and done that from the beginning".. and then the guy that initially took my order came and said "YOU DID NOT TAKE HER ORDER".. "I DID." he turned to me and said, "You asked for it, plain, add cheese, and paid extra for it, and that's how I placed the order, i am sooo sorry." The manager then turned around and started laughing as if it was a joke. I told him, " I CANT BELIEVE THIS. YOU, BEING HISPANIC, YOU ARE SO RUDE AND A BULLY TO YOUR EMPLOYEE. RUDE TO YOUR COSTUMES 🤦🏻♀️AND ALL CUZ YOU SWEAR YOU'RE CUTE AND MAYBE YOU'RE USED TO GETTING SOME FEMALE ATTENTION BUT SINCE YOU DIDN'T GET NEITHER MINE NOR MY 3 SISTERS ATTENTION YOU GOT RUDE AND MAD. THE MANAGER'S NAME IS Daniel, and the good employee's name is Jason. I told Jason never to let anyone bully him and keep his head up. I got my mcchicken made by jason the right way. 😊🥰 But the rest of the employee's were all horrible The rest were all females laughing at the situation and smiling with Daniel. They are slow and took over 10ms just for a mcchicken meal. There was an other lady there before i got there saying she was waiting for almost 13mns for her food to be brought out. ITS NOT JUST ABOUT A SIMPLE MEAL MADE WRONG (MISTAKES ARE OK) IS THE RUDENESS JUST BECAUSE YOU HAVE THE "POWER". YOU DONT GO MISTREATING PEOPLE JUST BECAUSE. YOUR EMPLOYEE DID HIS JOB RIGH. HAVE SOME EMPATHY AND CUT THE ATTITUDE.. 🤦🏻♀️🤦🏻♀️ LEARN SOME MANNERS OR GET AN OTHER JOB.
PS. (i am Hispanic too and we dont treat each other like that, well I dont treat anyone like that no matter the color of the skin or accent...
Read moreEmployee's need to learn good customer service skills training and most Hispanic that work here need to learn and take english classes to actually understand costumers, I even talked Spanish and they did not understand what I was trying to say because I guess they speak a different Spanish or they just don't want to deal with my petition or opinions.
I order a frozen wild cherry icee and why they are giving me a blueberry melted icee, the drive thru young women employee that was trying to give me the item, I told her I order a wild cherry icee she is still trying to confront me with an attitude problem, saying I ask for the blue icee, so she is making me take the one I did not ask for, then I agree to take it because the wild cherry icee was not done yet, but I tell her to give me a new one because the blueberry one she was giving me it has melted, I wanted a new one, she said it comes out like that out the machine, then another guy that she made contact with comes in the conversation, it seems like this guy his a supervisor but is trying to convince me the blueberry drink is frozen and it is fine, I know when something is half melted and when is a fresh icee, so they both try to contradict me about they can't do anything about it, so I told the supervisor guy if the machine is not working than I don't want it the way they where trying to make me take it, guess what they ended giving me what I wanted in the beginning of the conversation.
So why do they need to argue about something they could has fix since the beginning ??, I was about to ask for my money for the Icee $3.69 plus taxes when he saw I was frustrated and if anything I would had asked for the refund for the whole amount of $15.00 dollars, Seven 11 stores have icee that are cheaper and cup sizes are bigger and I could get food better food somewhere else but this is was closer to my house, but that is why I don't like going to fast food anymore like before, most employees have a issue about something either making good food or correct drinks and have poor customers service, I'm the customer I paying for what I want, I don't have to take...
