Rising Tide BBQ — Restaurant in Middletown

I just wanted to give a shoot out to Rising Tide BBQ and all their staff and the quality of the food we purchased in the large Family Pack. We had a group of 11 and the inclusions of six pounds of deliciously smoked Brisket, Pork, Chicken, and a rack of fall off the bone ribs. The package had all the fixings for a great family bbq dinner. The night was fantastic and everyone was very satisfied and full of sweet finger lickin happiness! We had another terrific takeout meal from Food Shack — a Kickin’ Sesame Chicken Salad, and a Grilled Chicken Rice Bowl. Both were incredibly fresh and well prepared. The chicken in each was perfectly cooked, and The portions were very generous.

After reading all the reviews I was excited to try the bbq. The brisket was delicious, the pulled pork and ribs were just ok. The cornbread was dry and the cinnamon butter had too much cinnamon. We also got the baked beans with burnt ends. When I think of baked beans I think about them being cooked slowly for hours. The baked beans seamed they were made to order and didn’t have great flavor.
