Chick-fil-A — Restaurant in Midland

I’ve been coming to this chick fila since they opened and never had any problems till today. I ordered my food through DoorDash and they completely missed my sauces and my fries were already cold. Mind you I live 5 minutes from this chick fila and when I DoorDash my fries are always hot and the driver did not make any stops and came straight to my house. I called chick fila to see if I could get the sauce and a remake for my fries however it took them like 5 times just to answer my call they kept hanging up because supposedly they couldn’t hear me so to hang up is crazy and to do it 4 times in a row was starting to frustrate me, so I let the manager yessi know and she told me to calm down and lower my tone and that it’s DoorDash job to check the sauces are in the bag before leaving. I was flabbergasted cause I’ve managed at wingstop before and never did I tell costumers that it’s there fault or DoorDash caught for not having the sauce I always take complete responsibility but this manager wasn’t she completely ignored my request about getting my fries and said I won’t make the fries but I will give you the sauces so I did report to Chick-fil-A cares and they took more care of me then this chick fila and I will...

I like the food and it’s convienently close to my house, but today I didn’t have the best customer service experience. In general I find all Chick fil A staff to be super nice and friendly. This is the first time I’ve had an issue. When I was in the drive thru line, the car in front of me had pulled up. Naturally I follow and pull up also. There were 2 workers on the sidewalk next to the drive through. As I was pulling up, one of the workers with reddish hair didn’t look where she was going and walked straight in front of my car (right in the road where cars line up) and I had to slam on my brakes to avoid hitting her. I had my window open to order and she turned around, glared at me and said WOW and just stood there glaring at me before huffing and walking away. She just seemed like she was in a foul mood in general but it was her fault and she’s lucky I slammed on my brakes! I didn’t appreciate that at all. Not to mention being freaked out that I almost hit someone. And then everyone walked off so I was just waiting to order until a nice blonde girl came and took my order. I have never posted a bad review for a Chick-fil-a since the company began their business, however, this franchise is the absolute worst! The chicken is undercooked most of the time, and the manager is extremely rude. I ordered three number Two’s and they brought us three spicy chicken sandwiches without the lettuce, cheese, tomatoes and pickles. I took them back up there and asked for the toppings. It became a huge deal and then the manager came out. After waiting for 15 min, she told me I would have to pay .46 cents for each meal since I ordered it wrong. I told her that I ordered three number twos and that you do not even have a plain spicey chicken sandwich on the menu as a combo meal, so I clearly did not make that mistake. That conversation went on entirely too long. After receiving under cooked chicken at least once per week and then the last situation I have not been back since (this occurred a year ago and I am just now getting around to posting the review.)
