Tropical Smoothie Cafe — Restaurant in Midland

EDIT: I was contacted by a representative of TSC. My assumption is the franchise owner of this location, and she was very sincere in her apology. She explained that new employees are under going training and she was embarrassed for what happened. She said that wasn't a valid excuse though and assured me she would make this right - which she did. The food was delicious and made not only to the expectation I have for TSC, but went above and beyond to make sure the new order was made correctly. On behalf of my family I want to thank you specifically for the sincerity and generosity; I also want to thank the employees there who have always been kind and welcoming. I'll be once again returning as a customer to this location.

ORIGINAL REVIEW:I ordered 3 - 3 cheese chicken quesadilla's and all 3 looked like this. I'm not even sure if there is 3 cheeses on this thing. Flat and 2 small pieces of chicken. I'm not sure if someone told the workers to stop serving people as if they are hungry and start serving only a tortilla, but over the past 3 months this place has dropped in food quality. Ft Worth, Odessa, San Antonio, and Austin. No question this one has became the worst that I've been to. Service is terrible and no longer worth waiting for. I went through the drive thru once and ordered a wrap with a smoothie. I got the smoothie after 15 minutes of waiting at the window. Kept waiting for the rest of the order for another 20 minutes and the girl in the front finally opened the window and asked with attitude what I needed. When I told her I was waiting on the wrap, she shut the window without a word. I watched her bag my wrap which was still on the counter-she never noticed because she was busy fooling around with her co-workers. At home I noticed my order was still wrong to top it off. The place was empty and it was just me in the drive thru, they weren’t busy so I couldn’t justify their poor service. Today I tried ordering ahead so I wouldn't have to wait so long for 2 smoothies, but same mess. There were several employees but somehow they still forgot the other smoothie and I had to wait for it to get made. I normally don’t mind waiting, or mistakes on orders, I get it, people get distracted or are simply still learning customer service, but this has happened every single time I’ve gone. Just not...

DO NOT COME HERE!!!! I have been to many !!! This is the worst one i have ever seen or been to. The first time I went, the staff member shut the door knowing I was on my way in.! I knocked on the door, and she didn't even bother to turn around. Once I came inside, I said i was coming to pick up . She pointed to the shelves, and I mentioned I was still missing items she then answered with attitude..."Well, maybe because the order is still not done" I waited for 10 more minutes even though i had already ordered 40 minutes prior!!!!!! They all were talking bad about the customers to each other and I know that because I could hear them talking about other customers. I proceeded and let her know i was missing a lime straw...she said how many and snatched the reciept. Let me add once i got to work the wrap had cheese and NO cheese was noted already!!!!!!

Seccond time.. i order ahead AGAIN !!!! Dining room is closed and now i have to wait in the drive thru???. I agree with the comment under...if you are a nurse or worker with your lunch time counted. DO NOT COME HERE !!!!! WORSE...
