The approach your employees take to smoking could certainly use some tact and manners. First time ever trying 7 brew. Pulled in with cigarette. Got in line and put it out. When later after waiting was approached by a young man with a bunch of piercings and a boonie cap(no don't care. Just something I remembered). Very rudely informing me I cannot smoke per the 7brew policy and I will be asked to leave if it continues. I told him bud I have t even gotten close enough to see the menu yet. I've never even been here before. And got the response of "well that's our policy" in a quite a attitude. So I politely said well that's your policy. Not mine. I am not an employee nor agreed to any company policy. Kindly show me the way out of this line and I will be happy to exit. (Mind you at this point there is no way out. )
I fully get it. You don't want smoke when taking orders. And I'd never be so rude. Hence why I put it out and in my ashtray when I fell into line. But to go out of your way and rude as possible... First time customer .. didn't even become a customer. And will not be. The Bmw SUV That was behind me apparently overheard it as well and mentioned it when we both wound up down the road at BRCC instead.
If it is that big of a deal maybe ... Just maybe. Your corporate should put up a sign rather than tell employees to become confrontational with...
Read moreOk, so this is another trend or trendy place I'm late to, but o! m! goodness!! That stuff was amazing...just what I'd been hankering for quite awhile now. I got an iced, sugar free brunette, complete w whipped cream, and at first sip, I was rolling my eyes w the goodness! Not a strong coffee taste, which is perfect for me, and nice hints of the hazelnut and caramel. I was actually pleasantly surprised at the large size, (I got a medium), as I've been fairly shocked at how small alot of other things are for the price, ie "medium" McDs caramel macchiato is like what a small should/was. I also was surprised at the price as well...not nearly as much as I was afraid it may have been, about $6, which is still on the higher side, but apparently, what coffee drinks go for these days, and ok for an occasional treat. (I would've spent more at McDonald's for less satisfaction) The barista ladies were also super friendly and kind, extremely fast and personable...I even added a tip, which I rarely do for drive thru or counter service, (except for Sonic). I was informed about their rewards program in a very mon-pushy way and did sign up. All in all, I'm already looking forward to my next treat and contemplating going more than I actually should, lol...it was that good of an experience...
Read moreI have been visiting this location weekly. Sometimes twice a week. A lot of the time buying 2 or 3 coffees. They have officially lost my business. After waiting in the line for 28 minutes I got to the window. The 3 drinks were ready and the girl told me how much it would be. I had already paid when they took my order. She said it didnât go through and that I needed to pay still. So she three more times with a different card. She said it wasnât working so she got a different machine out and did the same thing. After all of this jazz she said âdo you not have cash?â Well if I had had enough cash I would have already paid and been gone. She then decided it would be a good idea to make a comment to the effect of well thatâs sad no money for coffee. Well my my my. I had more than plenty of money for that coffee. I understand that technology malfunctions. And it was their technology because I used different cards from different banks each try. At that point it is YOUR problem NOT the customers. The customer service doesnât even exist here. How about cultivating that kindness you have written on your cups...
