Long John Silver's — Restaurant in Midland

The food is good but customer service this visit was a total flop. Ordered fish tacos, which is 2 tacos and fries. When we got home there was one taco and a measly portion of fries. Went back for the other taco and the rest of the fries and customer service was pathetic. The lady on the speaker, same one from trip #1, said pull up and we'll get your other taco, then she took off somewhere else. Lady #2, I believe the manger, showed up next and said "you just got one taco", then disappeared. Lady #3, the one preparing the orders, shows up with the other taco and said "I gave you the amount of fries we always give, but there are some more in there" NOT ONE of the 3 apologized or offered any little something extra, maybe a dessert, for the mistake and our second trip. It was more like I can't believe he had the nerve to come back. Do they not train for good customer service any more??? Mistakes happen, but at least apologize. CHECK YOUR FOOD BEFORE YOU DRIVE OFF! The girl taking my order was on her phone while she was taking my order. She messed up a person's order in front of me and he didnt get his corrected order for about 20 min then proceed to call him rude when he got upset. Then she was trying to give me the wrong order. She then gave me the wrong order and told me she would bring my corrected order. Soon after another group of girls came in and started yelling at the same girl behind the counter over something personal. The group of girls went behind the counter and there was a physical altercation between the group of girls and the employee. There was lots of cursing and yelling. Almost like an episode of jerry Springer. At this point I counted my losses and left without my correct order which I was charged more for. Definitely not somewhere I would take my kids or family. Wrong order terrible service and kind of ghetto if you ask me. There was no apology issued by the staff for any of this. Go somewhere...

Normally I really like Long John Silver's. However this time I was greatly disappointed. I ordered just 2 pieces of fish. When I got to the window and I paid and she handed me my food I asked for tartar sauce and vinegar. She said it was in the bag. I drove off into the parking lot stopped because I was gonna dress up my fish. And no tartar sauce or vinegar. So I pulled into the parking lot because I had to go in to this store to get the stuff I needed. I waited in line for the other person in front of me to finish. I told him that I was in the drive-through and had asked for the tartar sauce and vinegar and did not get it. And 2 people said oh you can go over there and get it. I felt that at least one of them should have said I'm sorry or showed some kind of concern. I wasn't asking for anything special I didn't want my money. I just felt like they really didn't...
