Ya Ya's Flame Broiled Chicken — Restaurant in Midland

Whenever I go here I get the Asian sweet & spicy chicken wrap, and the first couple times I ever came here it was perfect. (Around May and June 2017). A week or so ago I went there again and got my usual, but there was no sauce on it at all except for a little bit at the ends. The chicken was completely dry, but I ate it and let it go. Figured it was just a bad day. But today I went again, got the same thing, and I even asked for extra sauce. What did I get? Completely dry wrap, barely any sauce at all even at the ends, I couldn't taste it. Called and complained because, of course if I ask for extra sauce I should at least get SOME, but all they said was we get a dollar off on our next order. Really? A dollar? I ask for extra sauce and get absolutely none, I should at least get my next one free. Very disappointed. Next time we'll talk to...

I was unfamiliar with Ya Ya's, just looking for something to eat as I was passing through town. Stopped into the store, asked a few questions and recommendations. The man and woman helping me had great customer service. They got me a sample of chicken and sauce. Both were good, but the mango hobanero sauce was more mango'y than I was up for. I went with Sriracha bourbon chicken sandwich, a side of mashed potatoes and gravy, and a drink. I was all flavorful and fresh. I was very happy with my choice. The store was clean. I've been eating yaya's for 25 years I knew Gus he was real particular on making sure everything is always the same I worked for him out of the grand rapids location witch is no longer there I 1st met Gus at a Greek orthodox convention he did everything he could to make sure everyone got to taste his yaya's chicken just as he remembered it and for me today was a sad day for him I ate at yaya's and nothing tasted as it should I feel even the chicken seasoning was changed plus prices I got 1 meal and 3 cold packs witch are the old leftover chicken legs and wings and it...
