Friendly staff about every update I had for my ZTE would completely wipe all the pictures off my phone when I asked them about it at the store they told me it should’ve been saved to my cloud but instead only my numbers were saved. nothing was ever done about the situation in my photos continue to be deleted After every phone update. Around December or early January we went to pay our bill and we somehow got double charged and still have not received our money back.

So about a month ago we switch to Verizon and kept our phone numbers when we called boost to get our phone numbers they tried to offer us a free month even though they still owe us money from the double charge in January. I've had a bad luck summer (2020 probably true for everyone) with phones. I had 3 phones break on me! Apparently my last one was not river proof, the other two were bad luck. My fourth phone came in from ebay and the seller hadn't bothered to mention it was still active on a number out of Texas. Given my recent track record, I was pretty instantly livid about the situation. The people at the local Boost came to the rescue. They straightened my sh#t out, managed to get my phone swapped after a little witchcraft, and various calls to corporate. Never had a problem with this store until recently. Nothing major but, when I went to boost up, the phone I wanted was supposed to be in later that day or the next morning, is what I was told. The guy said he'd call me when they were in. I waited 2 days and then I called the store to see if the phone had come in yet since I never received a call saying it was. The girl who answered was, to me, extremely rude and just angrily said NO! When I then asked when she thought they might be arriving, her answer was ,I don't know.
