We decided to eat here inside the mall instead of stopping at the other with a drive thru to save time. There was no one ahead of us.. No line.. Only one person ahead of us and waiting does their order to be called.
Simple order. Two number 2's from the menu.. Paid and waiting.. And waiting.. And waiting.. Others who called in orders through their app I guess.. got their food. People who were in line after us got theirs. After ten minutes I asked what the problem was. I'm guessing the lady was the manager.. Short hair italian looking.. Very nice she said she wasn't sure so she asked another older lady who was snippy and rude with her. The manager offered us a free ice cream but we were running late so declined. Another five minutes passed and finally got our order
Got out to our car took a bite of our fries and they were cool and soggy. Honestly thee longest time I've ever had to wait for food at any chick fil a. So too late to go back in the mall to wait even longer for fresh hot fries. Or to get t our money back. The sandwich was hot but after waiting fifteen minutes...
Read moreOrdered pick up at the mall, they are not equipped at all to be doing online orders on top of the food court orders. My whole order was messed up and was missing almost half of it. Walked in and asked for my order because it said it was ready in the app and a worker said it wasn’t ready and walked into the back. That worker never came back and so I asked somebody else about my order and they said they would get to it. If it’s ready in the app then it should be ready in store. In the end the worker gave me my food which was actually sitting almost ready for 10 minutes at that point. All it needed was the right drinks, correct sauces, and a medium fry. After waiting for about 10-15 minutes for my food I realized there was incorrect sauces, no fork for the mac and cheese, and that the medium and large fry had the same amount of fries. IF THE FOOD COURT STORE CANNOT HANDLE ONLINE ORDERS DO NOT TAKE ANY. The workers always seem stressed and can’t handle the online...
Read moreSo me and my little family went to the mall last week and it was a bit after opening so we waited a while before going here to give them time to set up. It took us a minute to order once we got our food we had a chicken sandwich missing but everything else right well it wasn’t even a minute passed and my husband went back to tell them what was wrong he was told that they couldn’t find his receipt, so he had to place a new order just to get it which was fine. Well he got his new order and it was missing the top piece of bun and this was a whole first for me I’ve never had that happen missing a sandwich is one thing but to "forget" the top bun? We honestly felt as though it was purposeful due to the woman working there cleaning and literally eyeing us the entire time we were sitting.
