If I could give no stars I would. After coming to this store I never want to come back. The cashier who was apparently the manager neglected to follow the own directions of the store when it came to the check out line. Here I am with my infant, my mom, and my husband waiting to check out when this lady literally just walked past us and checked out. I didn’t say anything at first other than to my mom and after this lady very rudely came back saying that she wanted the other item instead of this item we had informed her that it was very rude that she was making us wait longer because we had followed directions and she didn’t. She was of course rude to us and at that point I had put my stuff on the counter and requested to speak to the manager. To my surprise he was so he was asked why he would let her cut in front of us and his response “I didn’t see you, I just saw her and thought she was next.” First of all we were there way befor she walked up waiting after this other lady and two I am wearing a bright neon shirt with a stroller so I know I was seen. The bad thing is they lost more money from me cause this other lady just bought a snack where I was buying more things that costed more. Now they will lose a lot more money from me and anyone in my family that used to shop there. This store needs to make sure to pay attention to guests better especially when they aren’t...

Terrible experience. My wife and I bought a couch from here online and drove to the store to pick it up with her younger brother. While the order was still pending we were walking around the place because we had never been in there before. Maybe 5 minutes into being there an employee rushes over to us saying “you all need to leave, the door is over there, bye” We told her why we were there to which she didn’t believe. She told us we looked like high schoolers there to cause trouble. When we informed her that we were 23 she still didn’t changed her tone. Only when I threatened to return the couch did she back off. After a few minutes of walking around my wife decided to apologize for the way we responded to her. Well that did no good. The lady told my wife “you both look like children and act like it too.” Thank you for solidifying the decision to cancel that order and to NEVER come back or spend a dime here. Came here to buy birthday presents. I was looking for pillows for outdoor furniture and I was very happy that they were listed as 50% off. I went to the register to pay for the pillows and a few other items. I noticed that the pillows were charged out at regular price. I asked the person at the register if she could verify. She called someone on the radio and they told her that "certain" pillows were marked down. I went back over and took pictures of the signs. These marked down signs were everywhere for at least 4-5 aisles. She called a manager and we walked over to look. There is 1 end aisle with pillows (right in the middle of ALL of the aisles filled with pillows that were on sale). She told me that one particular area was not part of the sale. If that's the case, why would they put it right in the middle of four aisles with pillows that ARE on sale. I'm not usually one to complain, but it was a...
