Braums is ripping us off by making much smaller burgers on smaller buns without even letting people know they're doing it. I noticed during last summer they're a lot smaller and thought I must be mistaken then I asked an employee a few months ago if it was actually happening or if it was my imagination and he said no, they ARE smaller! Shame on Brahms. We rarely go there now because they're just plain greedy as a local company . also they ALWAYS screw up our orders EVERY SINGLE TIME at this particular braums which means we can NEVER just order it, pay for it, receive it and just go home. NOPE we have to check EVETY item and then take it back in to them to fix which makes all the rest of the food go cold and then even after getting it fixed, about half the time they STILL mess it up AGAIN. The employees do NOT listen and pay attention when you order your food which wastes our time and wasted food because they have to replace it. Its shameful that braums managers and regional managers and owners owners don't even make sure employees are doing a good job and LISTEN to the customer. The braums on me 23rd & douglas is MUCH better than this one and the one on post and 15th is ok but they rush you through the drive thru. Read moreI had my worst Braum’s experience here today. It took about five minutes to be noticed in the ice cream line. A brand new guy was helping me, which I get because I worked at Braum’s and the training is very minimal to new guys, but he made all the new guy mistakes that made the experience worse. He got my single dip cones before the banana split, so they were melting on the counter before I could pay and leave. He was a bit slow in everything, which again is understandable, but it made things worse. A lady appeared behind me waiting for her banana split that she ordered before me from the food line. All the employees seemed busy but everything seemed to move at a snail’s pace. The absolute worst part was the smell of the entire store. It smelled of very bad body odor or trash the entire time. Flies were everywhere. Something terrible is happening here, or maybe this was just a particularly bad day, but I’m glad that my kid’s ice cream melted off the cone and onto the floor because there’s less risk of getting sick.

Read more3 of us (adults) came through the drive thru tonight to order food on our way home. We ordered meals and asked for Braums sauce, we like dipping our burgers and fries in it! We asked for 2 a piece (per order) .. we were told we could only have 4 total without additional charges .. to which we were happy to pay any additional cost as we told the person taking our order. When we got to the window we were immediately berated by the Braums employee saying "I'll hook you up this time but next time you need to be more considerate of other customers" .... - like what the hell? You didn't make enough sauce?! (They're closing in 30mins) - just so bizarre that we were scolded over an item we wanted and wanted to pay for!! People are sooo weird!! Our order taker/ window person was an older woman with pink hair .. tell Karen to chill and sell...
