At around 12:30 a.m my friend and I visited this location. We waited in line for at least thirty minutes before our order was even taken, then another fifteen before getting our food. There were cars in front and behind us which kept us from leaving. After we arrived to the window the man was very rude by slamming the window in our faces after we did not have the money ready that second. We soon realized our order was wrong and we had the wrong receipt. We decided to go in and just get our money back. Walking in we discovered two more customers who had been waiting well over twenty minutes and had not been helped at all. There looked to be at least four people working including cooks, who by the way were NOT wearing gloves while handling food. The manager as well as drive through/ counter worker looked at us numerous times without helping. I finally had to ask the manager for some assistance. She acted like it was chore to stop and assist us. The man working the counter looked at the other customers and laughed while he walked around us so he could get a drink from the soda center. After that he asked my friend and I "what do y'all need". After I told him that there were other customers who needed his assistants he rudely walked over to them and asked if he could help them. Two seconds later he stopped them from talking, threw off his headset and said "hold up I gotta piss". He then proceeded to the restroom where I'm sure he did not wash his hands judging by the amount of time he was in there. This was by far the worst fast food experience I have ever had in my entire life. I realize it was late, but there are no excuses for this. Earlier today I called to speak to a manager, who happened to be the same one from last night. She made up an excuse for everything I said. I will be calling corporate tomorrow. I will never be returning to the location and advise everyone else to not waist your time...
Read moreDO NOT EAT HERE!! THEY SENT MY FRIEND TO THE EMERGENCY ROOM WITH FOOD POISONINGS.
Around noon on sunday(08 may 2016) my friend and I went through this location and order 2 number 2 meals. Both had curley fries. To drink I had an oreo shake and she had a coke. The guy taking our order was rather rude and kept asking us to repeat ourselves. When we got to the window the first window the young lady taking our money was very nice and polite but looked to be in not a great mood. When we got to the second window, the lady seemed pissy and also in a bad mood. they handed us our food which ended up being cold and said the shake would be a minute. After recieving the shake, we went on our way as we were in a time crunch to get things done. About an hour went by and we both started feeling bad. Stomach ache, stomach cramping, etc. I spent several hours on the throne that evening. My friend wasnt so lucky. Yesterday morning she felt extremely sick and went to the ER. Doc told her she had a sever case of food poisoning. She is doing better today but has missed 2 days worth of work because of it.
This isn't the first time I've had problems with this location. About every 4 months I'll eat here just to see if they have changed management or improved any. Normally it's just rude people, crap service, or bad food. But this takes it to a whole new level.
It really is a shame that this brand I grew up on when I lived in California has a prime location like this, yet lets it be run by incompetent people.
I will not be returning to this location until I know management and the workers there have been replaced. I'll also recommend people eat else where as to not become sick or waste their time on...
Read moreThe Jack in the Box on 29th street and Air Depot is a horribly run establishment. It's just down the road from where I work and I have been consistently disappointed with the service here. I've been to the place about 8 or 9 times over the course of a few years and I have, only once, received the correct order in a proper amount of time.
On most occasions, I swear they only have one person working and this causes the lines to be huge in the drive thru. There has been at least three times I've been told that someone would be with me shortly and I waited at least ten minutes. This is a not an exaggeration or a joke. I do NOT blame the staff there for these wait times. I work in retail and I realize that understaffed businesses have to compensate with longer wait times.
What I DO blame the staff for is for frequently getting my order wrong. I don't order complicated things. But whether it's a chicken club salad being given to me with no fork or dressing, or an ultimate cheeseburger meal with missing fries, I'm usually disappointed.
On a positive note. When I was working from 6am til 11pm at my job, I stopped by and got an ultimate breakfast sandwich and lemonade on my way to work one morning. The sandwich was fantastic, the lemonade refreshing, and the service fast and efficient. It's this visit that keeps me coming back in the hopes that I can once again experience that kind of service...
