I really really like this store. Friendly, knowledgeable and personal. Be careful though, they know how to sell!! Lol!! Honestly though we came in ready to buy but weren't sure of exactly the item. Lance, Ryan and Hawana knew exactly what we were looking for. Fit the bill to a T. I could not be happier with nor more eager to reccomend Huntington in MWC. Customer service with the personal touch. Good people. Honest prices. Will definitely continue to shop here.

7.23.25 update Were still shopping here. This is a great jeweler. This company knows how to take care of its customers. My wife and I have continued to shop here and have come accustomed to the finest customer service, attention to detail and first class shopping experience. We have spent entirely too much in here!! But we have no complaints. They have performed repairs, cleanings, inspections and sales. I have never had a bad experience with their sales team. I would like to specifically call out Donovan during our most recent experience. He was great. And he knows how to sell. He listened and presented us with most excellent deal. My wife found and now has the exact ear rings she had been looking for. And then some!!! Wallet mat be lighter, but it was money and time well spent. Earlier this summer, I went there for my first time, I needed two batteries put in my Movado watches. The sign outside said batteries for a reasonable price, but these time pieces had to be sent out for a cost of over $170 for two batteries and cleaning, I told them a pin was loose by one of the clasps so they noted it as they were sent off. They came back later clean and ticking, but the pin was still loose. They told me if you drive a Mercedes, you have to pay for Mercedes service, Note to self Take your quality watches and jewelry to an authorized dealer. I can say they were nice and happy to take my money. I will never go there again, I am embarrassed to have been taken in by their salesmanship. As of 8/22/23, my girlfriend's Movado stopped due to moisture inside, I am really not satisfied now that you have completed what you have done with the pin still loose in near my clasp that was to be check out and now the seal on her watch. I do not know about your jewelry, but if I could give you a rank of zero on your outsourcing of fine watches. Staff was nice and courteous. I received a text for my birthday that I’d received a $100 gift card and it sent via text. We really weren’t in market for new jewelry; rather needed to have wedding bands repaired. However, the gift card could not be applied to repair. We still went later that day and were greeted by a MWC police officer who opened the door for us :)(Thank you, sir!) and Tina, a staff member, who was very friendly and courteous and spoke highly of her employer as well as those who would be repairing our rings. Payment was understandably required prior to the work being done, and we were very pleased when we picked them up the following week. Our rings looked better than we ever remembered them! She showed us a couple of diamonds to consider for a great sale price, but after we declined with the reason that we’d recently had to have some work done on the house, she was still gracious and courteous, told us about future events and sales.
