Update: 08/31/2024 Negatives 6 stars The refrigerator FINALLY showed up!!!!!! But WITHOUT a call that they are coming, no surprise.I asked about the compensation and they said there wasnât any, so BestBuy likes to give empty promises for over 2 MONTHS of waiting and told there was compensation. Hopefully no one has to deal with this kind of poor management and accountability. Worst experience!!!!
08/23/2024 Negative 4 stars No call / no show Just shows that why could care less, they didnât even bother to call and explain why but they did take the time to reschedule for the 10th time lmfao. We will see once again but just expect another review on 08/31 The department I just called also hung up on me and did not attempt to call back the number I provided and have been waiting for their call back
08/09/2024 Negative two star rating: Well, Well, Well BestBuy has not delivered my replacement refrigerator as told last week. But they did email me saying if I would still want the replacement, but will be gladly to cancel it if needed. They did not bother contacting me about if they are coming today or not, because thatâs not important to them. They are just glad I got a defective refrigerator and will direct in an endless loop and NO COMPENSATION has been issued.
08/01/2024 BestBuy DID NOT contact me if they were coming or not today with the replacement refrigerator (no surprise ). This is the 8TH time and definitely not the last time. They DID NOT even contact me for a reschedule. Nothing was resolved and it keeps being ignored with no accountability.
Ordered a LG refrigerator around late May 2024. I received it with damages and one of the doors does not close properly. Best Buy said they will replace and we schedule accordingly. This has been the 7-8 time the refrigerator has been rescheduled for delivery (next one is 08/01/2024 with 100% reschedule I assume). Only communication I get is an email saying the next schedule delivery. No call / no show / no updates, which waste my time since BestBuy requires someone to be home from 7am-7pm and I am using MY TIME and affects MY INCOME since I have to fill a leave request at my job. I have LIMITED PTO and to use it on this is upsetting. All the departments just transfer me to another department that âspecializesâ in that problem. I even go to the store to explain my issue and all the managers just push me off to one another and say âI never seen/heard of this beforeâ .    Read moreMy husband and I bought a TV and washer and dryer set last week. We took the TV home with us and scheduled delivery for the washer and dryer. Free delivery and installation were the main reasons we bought the set here and not some place else. We're extremely happy with the TV. No issues at all with it. But the day of delivery, I recieved a phone call from a person saying they didn't have the washer and dryer in the warehouse and someone would call later and discuss further actions. He also discussed that we declined buying hoses for the washer and if the hoses we had were old, he would not use them. This wasn't an issue, because I did buy all new hoses, but the sales person should have mentioned this at time of purchase. Otherwise, installation would not have been complete when delivered. We had already taken our old washer and dryer set out and gave it away the day before we were to get our new set. So now we are without a washer and dryer for a whole week because of terrible inventory issues with Best Buy. My family can not go a whole week without doing laundry. Not to mention I had to take off from work for delivery, I missed work for no reason the first time and now have had to make more arrangements to take off for the second delivery. Everyone I did talk to was super friendly and apologized for the inconvenience, but in my opinion, none of these issues should have happened with such a big company. One employee mentioned it happens all the time. Corporate should seriously look into finding another inventory program if they want to make more customers happy. Or compensate customers with something more than an apology for the trip they now have to make to the laundromat and extra missed time at work. And I ABSOLUTELY HATE THE LAUNDROMAT! đĄđĄđĄ

I presented him some needs regarding my senior Dad's laptop, as a writer, the required needed tech support in case he had questions about what to do. Nate listened carefully to my concerns about the computer have a low grade processor which would not allow it tech support with a competitor retailer. I was also concerned about minimizing pop-ups, etc.
Nate was able to take all that information and look to see which laptops in stock would meet Dad's needs. He wrote down options that made sense, gave pros and cons or each option and directed us to the sales agent. After the sales agent rang up the new laptop, we waited until NAte was done with another customer. Then he proceeded to help set up my Dad's laptop and tech support
This guy knew his job very well. He offered options and solutions to me and a customer before me. If his team was not able to complete the project, like with the couple before me, he didn't just say, "Sorry. Can't do anything." He referred the couple to another place that could help in their situation.
So I have to admit the customer service at this Best Buy is pretty good. Even the lady at the customer service desk was constantly asking, "Have you been helped?" The kind of customer service we had back in the 80s and decades earlier. Attentive. Working. Not just sitting around shooting the breeze in open public and ignoring the customer standing in front of them.
So I was very pleased with Geek Squad and the customer service...
