I'm giving two stars because the food is decent. I ordered a new Green Goodness sandwich. The drive through lady who I never saw, talked me out of the large by telling me it was going to be $17. So I ordered a medium, with chips and a large drink. Then I told her I wanted a CINNABON. She said, "a cinnamon roll?" (At least that's what I thought she said), and I responded, "yes". Total: Twenty dollars and change. I get to the window, and not the friendliest guy running it. He hands me my food, says "Sorry about the wait", and the Cinnabon wasn't with it. He says, "Oh wait " Then hands me a small cup with a chunk of cinnamon roll stuck in it. I said, "What's that? Are they usually this small?" He said, "That's what you ordered, it's a 'Center of the Roll'." I said, "Noooo, I ordered a CINNABON." THEN, get this, he says, "Ma'am I was listening, (tapping his headpiece) and I HEARD you order it!" I said, "No. I didn't, I ordered a CINNABON." And what does he do? Does he say, "Oh, I'm sorry for the miscommunication, there's a difference in price but I I'll get you what you'd like." I would have paid it because I wanted and ordered a whole cinnamon roll. But NO. What he says is, "WOW!!!" And slams the window shut in my face. So I left. And I wasn't happy. On the way home, I stewed over it, and figured out what happened: I don't eat at Schlotzsky's. This is maybe my second time in a two year period. I didn't know there WAS such a thing as 'Center of the Roll' so I thought she said 'cinnamon roll'. So how about this? How about not arguing with customers when there's an obvious miscommunication? How about, "I'm sorry about that, let me get you that Cinnabon." My advice? It's better to serve your customers than to alienate them. To anyone reading this review, it's your twenty something dollars, but I would spend it anywhere but here. They don't deserve your time...
Read morethis experience was my first time ever eating Schlotzsky’s and it was a great first impression I will definitely be going to Schlotzsky’s in the future and I only pray that I get the same magnificent customer service that I experienced today the manager herself handcrafted my sandwich after helping me pick through the numerous ingredients and various possibilities to craft a sandwich that would be delectable to my taste buds and I must say she hit the bull’s-eye this was by far one of the best sandwiches I’ve ate in a long time I have a pastrami medium sandwich on jalapeño cheese rolls or chipotle mayo lettuce tomatoes it was absolutely satisfying I tried the passion fruit mango tea it’s not to my liking so Manager gave me another cup to get some classic southern sweet tea which was quite satisfied For dessert I had two delicious soft mouthwatering sugar cookies and a warm fresh Cinnabon cinnamon roll sweet glaze caramel and chocolate sauce that you say my sweet tooth is never been...
Read moreI usually live shlotskys. Pulled in the other day and ordered an original sandwich, and was told we are only serving breakfast. I thought my fault, I will be back. The next we, yesterday, I pulled in, ordered a large original, and a California flatbread. I paid my 24.0 something and told to pull up to wait line. Got my food and drove back home to enjoy it. Took my first bite and was thinking they put something differ on it.at the whole 1/4 PIECE, still something different so I pulled it apart and it was a dang turkey and Smokey bacon. I do like turkey, but warm deli turkey is kind of slimmy. Disappointed I usually only get original. My daughter had the flatbread wasnt crispy.wasnt going to drive the 20 minutes back to make an exchange, just extremely disappointed, guess I'm going to have to start checking the order in front of them. But the sound of original, is a far cry from ...
