If you are a fan of the DQ, you will be pleased with the cleanliness of the inside eating area, restrooms, and the always convivial DQ staffers! They all wear masks, and of all the DQs that I have visited over the years, the staff in Gahanna are the friendliest, most patient; they are all just super - nice!

If you aren't familiar with Dairy Queen, they have a nice menu that, regardless of what you choose, you can't go wrong! My family loves the chicken tender basket, and be sure to ask for the gravy! In-between favorites are the peanut butter parfait, the cookie dough Blizzard and of course...the great DQ ice cream cone. They offer chocolate and vanilla cones, plus the Swirl, a combination of the chocolate and vanilla ice creams! You can have your come dipped in chocolate, or topped with any of the multiple toppings they keep on hand. On special occasions, you might find a cherry dip for your cone that is quite good!

I think that some people fear the final turn in the drive-through as the front is constructed of uneven rocks. Don't worry! You have plenty of space to widen your turn and still pull right ou the the smiling face at the...

Went here with my sister earlier today and we each got a royal blizzard. I opened mine to eat it and it spilled all over me because the ice cream is clearly not kept cold enough. So I clean up the mess and start eating and guess what? NO PEANUT BUTTER CORE. That's right, the only thing that distinguishes royal blizzards from regular ones and it was freaking missing. My sister couldn't even eat hers because her ice cream was so MELTED AND LIQUIDY that it split her cup completely open inside the bag.

But that wasn't the only problem. The worker copped an attitude when I tried to double check the order and when I called to complain they told me I must have ordered it wrong and that I didn't eat the blizzard fast enough so it melted. LIKE WHAT?! And then refused to replace the order or give some sort of compensation!!

First time at this location and we will definitely NOT be coming back. 0/10 bad service and bad...

Location hasn't been updated since the 1970's...rude woman who I believe is the owner flat out refused to make a fresh quart of ice cream and instead stated I had to get frozen ones already in the case. They were frozen solid. Tried to explain it was for my elderly mother who couldn't dig into hard ice cream and she wouldn't budge and instead insisted the ice cream machines were too old to make such a large volume of ice cream - while I watched another family order of multiple Sundays be pumped out just fine. I left. Attempted to go again at another time, hoping I would be greeted by a different person, who was more friendly - nope. Same mean woman, rude attitude. And their portions are Ridiculous!
