I have used this starbucks for over a year. They had one staff member who was amazing she did so good and then she left and now the woman who is there I am not impressed with. As I realize early morning coffee is busy this morning for example was not at 730 when I went to pickup my online order. The chocolate croissant was not even warmed up it was still almost frozen inside, the coffee was made wrong I did ask for it to be fixed and she was less then thrilled to be doing so and it was made very obvious. It’s a Kroger store so I truly don’t expect much.

However I feel like training needs to happen. Every time I order a Americano it tastes like there is no coffee in it whatsoever, and they never double cup it which is standard for any drink made with hot water for Starbucks since the cup falls apart otherwise.
