First, my family and I came here to eat. We ordered through the app for points and the ease. We ordered our meal as a dine in. and our number wasn't called. It was about 10 minutes and my husband went up to ask if our meal was done. The woman, barley speaks English tells him "yeah it's done." My husband asked, "why wasn't the order number called?" The girl who speaks broken English said, "we don't call numbers" she says, "you have to come up and grab it yourself." My husband says, "we know we carry it ourselves but how are we supposed to know it's done if a number wasn't called?" The girl shrugs. Meanwhile I'm sitting in the back hearing everything going on, while the workers grabbing the bags of food (which was a dine in order and supposed to be on a tray) to hand to my husband, they were talking badly about my husband in Spanish. That's when I went up there and said in Spanish.. "I understand Spanish and what you are saying, is unacceptable!" The girl looked at us and stood quiet. Our food was sitting the whole time underneath the heating section in a bag. They didn't bother looking at the screen which said DINE IN. And not only that. They didn't give us the applesauce from the kids meal.and the food by now was already losing it's temperature.. We were the only people in the restaurant at the time we ordered the food. If you want to save yourself a trip. Don't dine here. The food is cold, the workers don't speak proper English. Read moreWent for breakfast and the restaurant was understaffed with only two people working at 8:45am. I waited at the counter to order until the manager came out of the bathroom for at least eight minutes. I ordered the mix and match breakfast sandwiches and the manager said the computer wouldn't allow me to mix and match and I would have to order the same sandwich. After arguing for a few minutes that I have mixed and matched at this and other locations many times before to no avail. I gave up ordering and opted to use the Burger King app to place the order as I had wanted without any issue. When given the order the manager handed me a dirty cup for my soda. I handed the cup back and asked for another because it was dirty. She didn't understand me and I had to repeat that the cup had some sticky substance in it. She looked at it then got me another one. The second cup I received was also dirty with a sticky substance in it so I asked her to replace that one as well. The third cup was dirty on the outside with a sticky substance but I had given up and accepted it. I washed the cup off with the water at the soda fountain. Read moreI went through drive through & when it came time to go to the window and pay I gave the cashier my coupon and debit card. She gave me my receipt and card back but something told me to check my receipt. She took my coupon but charged me the full amount for he food. I approached her about it and she looked at me like I had five heads(you can tell she can barely speak English), so she called the manager over. I told the manager what happened and she told me that I have to give the coupon code before coming to the window & said to pull around the front and she’ll refund my money(I don’t know why she couldn’t just do it at the window because it takes two seconds). So I pull to the front, 2 minutes pass 5 minutes pass & no manager. So I went inside and asked her wassup? She said she was just going to come outside. I showed her on the coupon, it says NO WERE that I need to provide the coupon code before pulling to the window. Staff rude, as well as manager.
