Best ham. I found it very easy to heat up. Just 10 minutes a pound. It comes coated in brown sugar already. We get the bone in spiral because I found it to not be dry and the boneless kind of looks like what they slice up for deli sandwiches. Just my opinion. But the bone in ham looks like something special and delicious. I added pineapple rings and cherries to the top of it when I threw it in the oven. Update 4/15/22: I found myself waiting in a line for 20 minutes at the pre paid que. The people that came in at the same time as me left 10 minutes ahead of me with bags of things. One person in front of me even asked the person directing which line he should go in, if he should go in pre paid even though he was ordering sandwiches and they said yes. If you are getting a bunch of other things like sandwiches why would you direct them to the pre paid pick up line? It is greatly disappointing to me and the others that were there with our emails having our QR CODE up and ready to go just picking up our pre paid hams or dinners to have to wait for people to have things made. We pre purchased to walk in and out. Quick and easy. To have the non pre purchased line move so much quicker is discouraging at best. It seems like you have our money already so you are making us wait. It's a shame because you have turned a great convenience into a long and tedious wait for no reason. The person behind the counter even remarked how "at least your out before the other line" but I said no, I'm not the people that I came in with left 10 minutes ago. He remarked oh well they must have only got one item. Lol. They had bags of things. I made a point to notice. But I felt like saying, no matter I am only picking up 1 ham and they still left before. You need better direction given to the people placing people in the lines for the holidays. If you are purchasing other things you should not be in the pre paid line. You can still pick up your ham you pre paid for in the other and pay for your other purchases. I can understand a forgotten mustard or even a package of buns but 3 or 4 sandwiches plus pies? Sandwich...

I love their ham, I prefer to get it by the slice or small boneless ones. Last time my partner and I tried the pulled pork sandwich and it was DELICIOUS!!

Super clean, sterile environment. Both the workers wore masks but you don't have to wear a mask if you're vaccinated

And I specifically want to mention that the young woman who helped us out was SO sweet and helpful! She actually went in the back to grab us the smallest boneless ham they had - even though the difference was literally only like .1 pounds. She was very patient and upbeat, answered all our questions - including identifying a side dish shown in a picture on one of their ads! -, and gave us great, genuine advice on her favorite dishes at the place

There was a bit of a wait, not too bad. When I got to the register the server was pleasant. He brought out my turkey, it was small and one drumstick was on top of the breast. It looked deformed. When I asked the server if this really fed the amount they advertised he offered to see if he could find me a bigger one. The one he returned with was indeed bigger and much nicer in appearance. I heated up the turkey as directed and it was really just okay, for the price and reputation I thought it would be better tasting. I will stick to making my own...
