Chili's Grill & Bar — Restaurant in Milford

On November 24 I went out with my family hoping to have a great night. When we arrived there was 7 people and they sat us at a small booth. We asked several times to be seated at a larger table and were told each time that we could not be accommodated. Eventually we tried to move a table so that we would have more room due to staff brining out multiple dishes at once and there being no space for anything on the table. The manager got involved and was very rude and disrespectful from the very beginning. She informed us that “I don’t give a damn that you are paying customers, get out of my restaurant”. We were all shocked and just said could we get the check so we can leave we were told “no just get out” several times. We were called racial slurs by the manager and her staff multiple times. A young family told us that they overheard the manager and her staff calling us racial and derogatory terms several times and could not have their kids listening to that so they left the establishment. We were told that the cops would be called if we didn’t leave however we were just trying to pay our tab. Eventually our tab was giving to us but the staff still attempted to antagonize us by recording us although we were getting called racial slurs and when we tried to leave we were followed out by the manager and staff being very disgusting. I do not recommend any minority families and individuals to go here. This establishment is racist and not accommodating to large groups of people. Very sad that this was my experience and this was my very first time ever going to chilis. Will never go back. Will never recommend this...

Cold, burnt food! Horrible customer service and quality food lacking! DO NOT COME HERE! you will be mad at some point, you WILL WASTE your money, and NO they don’t care you are the customer. READ other comments about workers at this place, and quality of food. This is not the first time, but 3rd is a charm so here it is: I made a order online for delivery, about an hour later I had someone from DoorDash call me saying that it “seems” like someone else took the food and there was no food with my name there. So I called and asked if they knew what’s up with my food, VERY rude waitress that picked up said there was never a order placed with my name. Mind you I was charged $70 and had a confirmation number, she said can’t do nothing for you! Praying for patience I asked to speak with the manager , his response “oh..I don’t see it here..Oh maybe it’s here..oh ok I have it here let me give it to the dasher waiting” . At that point I was so mad already since an 1:30 hour has passed! Dasher calls again, to say they canceled the order all together and he was about to leave . I called again, same rude waitress picks up and tells me there never was a order made, I ask AGAIN for manager he says I have to call DoorDash for money back. 20 mins in a call with DoorDash they said chili’s manager wouldn’t refund. Near midnight I get my meal! Husband already sleeping, kid was crying for an hour before that, I had accepted my fate and cooked dinner an hour before!! I was going to Burger and I tried the queso Burger which was like the best burger I've ever had at Chili's. The only really bad complaint I have is at the El Presidente Margarita has cheaped out. The margarita glasses are half the size that they used to be. The Shaker glasses are so full of eyes that they can barely put a drink in there. So you're not paying for 3 regular Margaritas anymore at their high price for the presidente. Now you are paying for one high price drink and maybe a little bit more. Those who know this drink and who go there to drink this drink will be very sorely disappointed. I only come here once every 4 months because I'm not able to come by myself. But I really did like their queso Burger.I really hope they keep this around for a long time because it's the most tastiest burger I've had from anywhere in a very long time!. Even their nachos and salsa that you get as an appetizer are very small now. This is going downhill. I hate TGIF's and I really don't want to hate Chili's. And it's not like they're not crowded because they are so crowded they don't even have enough help to cover the tables if you come in for an early dinner or lunch. Come on guys get your act together!!!!Repeat the whooping coming to this place for 25-30 years. Appreciate your customers and stop appreciating your Presidents pocketbook!!!! Your staff is not going to get good tips because it's very depressing now to get things that once were great are now only Fair. make this a place I want to come for dinner with my husband every other Saturday. Let's get with it and make it better instead of letting it go...
