Cinnabon — Restaurant in Milford

I recently went to this location and asked for a cup of Ice as I’ve done many times before, and the lady behind the register who said she was the manager was very nasty and rude to me and told me it would be a charge for the ice. I’ve never been charged for just a cup of ice from them before, and I’ve been there with different employees before and all were happy to serve me. She let me know that she’s always there and that they charge for everything. I would’ve been happy to pay if she wasn’t so nasty...
