Went in to buy a headset for my Xbox one and the guy gave me directions to hook it up insisting it would work. Went home did what he said and there was no jack for controller to go into after I clearly explained which version I had. So I thought the jack might go into another plug that was on the "adapter" and ended up just breaking that too. To add insult to injury he insisted I take the survey which has nothing to do with his performance but is a bunch of questions to receive bs vouchers. So I have turned to Google to say employee number 415528 William should sell something other then games if he does not know his product. In the real world if you make a mistake you don't get a second chance to correct it. Don't say something will work just to guarantee a sale as well. Don't be so unknowledgable to chase already pissed customer down in the mall to try and give me back a broken piece to the headset thinking I still need it. Know your products ! You just lost a customer and I hope others read this go to a different store if you want better salesman who know...

When Pokemon Blooming Waters was released on February 7th, GameStop was enforcing a limit of 2 items per customer. I arrived hours prior to opening (sacrificing sleep) in order to be one of the first in line. This meant that all of the lazy people who showed up at 9:30am right before opening received a box, and I woke up early and stood in line for hours for no reason at all. I submitted a complaint to GameStop customer service both by e-mail and by phone afterwards, but I was never contacted by someone. Since GameStop employees can apparently enforce their own rules, I won't be shopping there anymore. This is despite the fact that the employee also made me and everyone else sign up for Pro, which didn't seem right, since the website showed two prices for the item. It was just a very...

To start, one of the cashiers (skinny white guy) looks like he hadn't showered in 5 weeks. Birds nest of a beard and greasy looking. The store itself looked just as bad as he did. Two employees working (aforementioned white guy and one African American gentleman) standing around doing nothing meanwhile there are shirts, plushes, garbage, and video game cases scattered on the floor.
Would be nice if employees here actually knew a thing or two about current video games. Don't bother asking questions, as they won't have an answer for you and act like they haven't talked to a person since crawling out of the ground on groundhog...
