Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Milford

*update June 2022- food is edible if you're a little tipsy. Drivers don’t want to come up to door or in a building and want you to meet them outside of their car even with a 20 tip. Do yourself a favor and pick ‘carry out’ for stratford.

**update Nov. 2020- I just ordered a cheese pan pizza and Parmesan bread bites and they were yummy and cooked perfectly. Not burnt or dry at all. Not sure if they’ve had a bunch of complaints or bad reviews or just turned the oven or timer down a bit.

Ugh I just moved to Milford from Stratford and really enjoyed a monthly Domino’s splurge there. So of course I now start ordering from the Milford one..BIG MISTAKE. Out of 4-5 orders..4 of them were very overcooked. I don’t know if their oven is too hot or they’re leaving the food in too long. But the pan pizza slices are actually separated and barely touching when I open the box the last 4 times I ordered. It should be soft on the top with some dark brown cheese bubbles and gooey cheese when you pull a slice from the pie. And the garlic and Parmesan twists are always over cooked, really brown and dry. You can’t overlook bread guys..it’s gross and requires water or drinks to get it down your throat. The time before last..the bread BITES were perfect. However, yesterday they were the color and texture of leather (even after calling the store specifically and asking for them AND the cheesy bread to be light baked). The pizza sucked and the bread bites were horrible. The only thing edible this delivery was the stuffed cheesy bread. I called store and they offered to replace but at this point..I think I should just be done with this store and drive 20 min to the...

I used to love this place- pizza that you could always count on to taste/be made the same, fast delivery and hot food. I bought 6 pizzas tonight, desserts, sodas - a big order - left a good tip - and the pizza comes COLD! The only thing hot was the lava cakes - but no frosting cup ( that I paid for of course). I might have thought maybe they are just having a bad night- but this is the second time in a row! You spend $90 dollars at Domino's of all places, at least the cheese on your pizza should be melted! Not cold, and congealed. I honestly can't believe they delivered it - and according to their tracker it took them 28 minutes to deliver it to my house! It used to come in less than 15 minutes! And hot! But, they gave me a 20% coupon to use next time. For a $90 order- and I'm sure that doesn't count the ridiculous delivery charge...

The most awful experience. I ordered 3 pizza and boneless wings. The wings were dry and awful! I wouldn’t feed my worst enemy! I called them and Mike told me to bring them back, kind you there was a snow storm! I told him I will bring them back tomorrow and he will let the owner know. I go in to the store the next day and the lady at the front said she was told by the owner not to give me any “free food” or a refund! He was supposed to call me as per Mike, but the coward never did! And people remember this is a Indian owner or as per the lady Pakistani, when Indians take your money, they don’t believe in giving it back! Be aware! Contacting corporate for awful food and worst service...And the lady at the front counter said they are still soft when she squeezed them...my advice..why don’t...
