I stop at this Mc Donald’s location periodically and the visits haven’t been that great. The drive thru has a very polite staff but those bagging the orders on my visits seem to not care about satisfying the customers. I shouldn’t have to ask for fresh fries every time I place an order or ask for no salt to get a good batch of fries. What really upset me was not being acknowledged after about 5-7 minutes of waiting in line. I understand that the location was “ VERY BUSY “ but I couldn’t get a hello, we will be with you shortly, eye contact or a simple hello. After Anna the on duty Manger was finished handing out 4-5 orders she finally asked me if she could help me. I asked her how long does someone have to wait before being acknowledged, she responded with.... what do you mean ? I asked her yet again and she responded with this time with, “ I was very busy” ( with her head down not observing her work place ) I work in a sales environment where if I’m busy as a manager I acknowledge the customer various ways, a hello, a gesture, I’ll be with you shortly or let me get someone else to help you, etc. Honestly, I think Anna is - COMFORTABLE. In this day and time you can never be comfortable, every person that enters is VERY IMPORTANT each and everyday. I get it, no ones perfect but this was a basic - MISTAKE. Read moreDo Not go to this mcdonalds. I showed up after placing an order in the mobile app to pick up my food. My significant other went in and used the bathroom while we waited for it to be ready. No food was brought out to our car so we went to go to the front counter and found all 3 doors locked at least 15 minutes before their closing time. Infuriated I got back intk my car and went to the drivethrough where they informed me they are closed. Completely UNACCEPTABLE customer service and behavior. I explained Inplaced an order online, had already paid and that by LAW they were still open and only then did they tell me oh we’re sorry, yes we have an order for you. Terrible employees. Read moreI went to this location this morning through the drive through; not only was it almost a 20 minute wait time, the order I had put in (medium oj and two sausage egg and cheese mcgriddles) was not made properly. The oj tasted more like water, while one of the two sandwiches tasted like it had expired; with this being said I did not finish eating what I had order due to it tasting like it had expired. For this location I strongly suggest the following: Re-train your employees to be a bit faster Make sure everything is being made propperly Check the expiration dates on the food before bringing it out.
