This is what people go crazy about? Seriously? I tried it today. Ordered the box sandwich combo. Seriously the most underseasoned, soggy chicken sandwich I have ever had. The lunch lady Edna at my schools cafeteria makes better chicken sandwiches than this place does. For comparison I went to check out Dogtown since I’ve heard so much about it and I’m a local top foodie for CT so I went there and their chicken sandwich is a 10/10 in comparisons to canes. People of Milford DO NOY give Raising Canes your hard earned money. All they have is their sauce and even then since I found the recipe to make it I have never looked back. Do yourself a favor, Your stomach deserves better food. First pic is Canes chicken sandwich, The second is Mother clucker from Dogtown. Major difference and tastes way better.

I understand the establishment is brand new — and I know every new place takes time to find its rhythm. As a first-time customer, I was excited to try Raising Cane’s after hearing all the hype. However, when I asked an employee what made Cane’s special, the only response I received was that they liked the toast. I also waited in line for quite a while, as three employees were working in one lane while only one was handling the other. When I got home, I noticed the drinks were incorrect and there were no straws in the bag. The food was okay, but I’m hoping to give it another try once things are running more smoothly and better staffed with personnel. I ordered three of the three fingers fries and toast drink combo, again it was ok… 👍🏼

This was honestly awful. DO NOT waste your money here. We ended up just throwing the whole thing away. Chicken tenders had absolutely no seasoning and had a burnt after taste. The fries had no salt on it and we had to season them at home. The chicken sandwich also had no seasoning , burnt after tase, the lettuce looked like old wilted lettuce that’s been sitting in the fridge for 2 weeks. Coleslaw was all mayo. I sat in the drive thru for over 30 minutes and spent over $35 and the only semi good thing was the toast and extra pigmented napkins. yuck.

I was really excited for Raising Cane’s to open here in Milford, and finally stopped by for lunch today. To my surprise, despite all the hype and the recent opening, the service was incredibly fast — I was in and out in under 10 minutes. The employees were friendly and helpful, and the food came out hot.

We ordered a Box Combo and a Caniac Combo with lemonades, but when we got back to the office we realized a few things were missing — only 3 tenders in the Box Combo and 4 in the Caniac, and both were missing coleslaw. It’s a brand-new location, so I’m sure they’re still working out the kinks.

That said, the chicken we did get was crispy, juicy, and the sauce was as good as everyone says. I’m glad Cane’s is finally in Milford and hope they find their rhythm soon — I’ll definitely give them another try once they’ve had a little more time...
