Not a good experience. Will not return here even to purchase a lollipop. I came to get something printed. The shipping station and the printing station are in the same area. The shipping station already had about three people in line. So myself and another gentlemen stood in line at the printing area. We stood for about 15-20minutes while he checked out three people who were returning items. I took a seat to wait. Either way, afterwards the clerk takes his time (while he sees us there at the counter waiting) and goes to leave the station and walk right past us. The gentlemen who was also waiting says "are you going to be helping us?" AND the guy goes "no one is going to be at printing until 1pm". My problem is you SAW us there. You made eye contact. You KNEW we were waiting for printing. We don't live or work here. It is 10:30AM. WHAT would be the harm in stating "sorry guys but the print shop is closed" or maybe even in the least put a sign at the print shop that says "printing is closed right now". The customer service says a lot about a business. Its not even about the "person who called out today" as he stated, but it is the common decency to not have your customers standing there idle when you KNOW that no one is going there to help them. That was so classless and completely turned us off. I am in my car writing this review as I look up the directions to the nearest office depot. I also won't be having this problem in the near future since my printer from Amazon is on the way. Read moreThis store is horrible! All their copy machines are down. They are short staffed and the staff that they do have acts like they hate their customers. You seriously cant get friendly help anywhere in there. The copy staff literally wouldn’t look up and acknowledge any customers. I had to wait in line for one sales rep to Sell me a laptop. She was tied up with a chatty customer. When I asked another representative for help or to call someone else to the register, She said I had to keep waiting on the lady. I have been waiting for 15 minutes already. Two employees refuse to help me cash out the two other items I had, being that I was willing to NOT buy the laptop at this point. I told the last employee that denied getting me a register staff that “I’m just going to leave these two items here for you to put them back then. Im leaving” …., She said “ok!” Her tone was super indifferent as to say she didn’t care and goodbye. She was a blonde older lady, that literally didn’t even care to stop as she was talking to me. She literally said these things to me as she kept walking away from me. It is a twilight zone of horrendous customer service in this place. Read moreI just purchased an HP desktop computer with WINDOWS 11 because Microsoft will be discontinuing support for WINDOWS 10 soon and my computer is old. I selected the model I wanted online and then went to the store to talk to a tech about my needs. Besides the computer, itself, I wanted Staples to transfer all my programs and files from the old one to the new one. Their Service Tech helped guide me through the process of installing a new computer, setting it up, transferring all my files, and any problems they might encounter because of obsolete software. The young man was incredibly knowledgeable and patient as he explained what was needed. I left my old computer with them to do all this, and he actually called me a couple of times to verify information and confirm what I wanted. When I went in to pick up my new computer, he gave me a short tutorial on all the features and logins to make sure I knew how to use and access everything. I was so impressed with his customer service that I even bought their Service Contract in case I need help in the future.
