So overall they have great coffee especially being they use urban city coffee beans which is best coffee ever. It's Wednesday about 3pm I order coffee during the time they were training their new girl. And hands down the new girl did absolutely amazing she was super on point on how to make my complicated drink an only issue was because of all the traffic she didn't quite hear the flavor i had asked for. When I notice she was using wrong flavor I tried to let the women training her know that was correct flavor an she immediately was dismissive and said she got's it. I was like ok. Once I tasted it an it was exactly what I thought was put in it I let the women know and she immediately had attitude like I was the one that messed up an needed to do something better or different next time. Instead of just owning that she messed up an the quickly remake it. And so attitude took over an made my drink. An I was super disappointed about it. In all honestly the NEW GIRL SHOULD PROBABLY BE TRAINING HER. not the other way around. Shes not setting a good example for the new girl at all about how to have great customer service an making sure a customer still has a great experience even if there was a little mess up. I was barista for so many years an honestly owner should have a serious talk with her . If wasn't for how amazing the new girl was an how amazing her customer service was Id never go there again. However, my second visit today at noon was a completely different story. I waited 11 minutes in line behind a car that ordered two drinks and two sandwiches. Iām a fairly patient person, but this felt excessive. While waiting, a woman behind me sped around us to the other side of the stand. I hadnāt realized there were two order lanes, and there were two more cars behind me at that point. When I finally pulled up, the employee told me sheād be right with me, then walked off to the sheds for supplies. She returned and began helping the woman who had cut in front of me. I politely said, āExcuse me, you told me youād be right with me. Iāve been waiting 11 minutes, and that lady just cut in line.ā Her response was shocking: āIām 17, I started at 7 a.m., and Iām working aloneāwhat do you want me to do? Do you want to complain to me more?ā I calmly replied that she could help me first since Iād been waiting patiently and was next in line. She ignored me completely.
I was stunned by her rudeness, especially since Iād been nothing but polite. At that point, I decided to leaveāI didnāt want to give my money to a place that treats customers this way. The two cars behind me also drove off, apparently fed up with the wait. I wonāt be returning, and I suggest you avoid this place too. To the owners or managers: the coffee here is good, but you need to hire more staff and train your employees on basic...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreVEGETARIANS BEWARE: I ordered this place via doordash. They had their cheesy burrito listed with cheddar cheese, beans, salsa. We received a beef potato burrito instead, no beans. They have no phone number to call and door dash wasn't helpful. My girlfriend took a bite and realized immediately it was off and became sick. I understand that stores can make mistakes but the fact is, it's a small store that didn't even have the decency to see that their item descriptions on doordash are AI generated. You'd think a smaller store would be more on top of things and care about their customers.
