Peet's Coffee — Restaurant in Millbrae

Go literally anywhere else. Terrible service and incredibly limited options/flavors.

I stood at the register for a few minutes while the employees stood nearby, stocking the cooler behind me. Never once did either of them asked if we needed to order or even acknowledge our presence. I went ahead and ordered through the kiosk. And then just stood there waiting for an employee.

Next thing I know, some airport employee walked up and the gal behind me stocking the cooler IMMEDIATELY jumped into action and ran to a register to take her order. She took the order and literally walked away! She went back to stocking the cooler. I had to ask her if she'd find someone to make my coffee before she did anything. Then she made my coffee wrong. Her coworker even told her she added the wrong ingredients, they chuckled and she carried on making it incorrectly.

Considering there was not a single coffee customer other than me, it is astonishing that it took 15 minutes from start to finish. People are usually in a hurry while they are in the airport, it is absurd for there to be no line and still...

Not a Peet’s coffee, apparently the coffee they have is Peet’s but no oat or almond milk and they only have one side, like half a liter milk with a but of coffee. Service pathetic, the lady was rude and told me I should have said I don’t want a big half a liter cup. Peet’s team if I go to a place with your name I hope your experience. A capuccino is by default 8oz!...

Near $15 for a bacon egg and cheese. Very basic, mostly egg and a slice of cheese and like maybe two strips of bacon. It tasted fine, like a normal bacon egg and cheese. Relatively inexpensive for airport food and somewhat filling. Mocha tasted like powdery...
