My family lives here in millbrook, last night 4-13-19 around 7:30pm my family was coming back from fishing all afternoon with my 2 toddler boys, we decided to stop at McDonalds here in millbrook for dinner. My husband placed our order, we pull up to pay and the cashier told us our order and price, we gave her the exact amount in change and she closed the window without giving us a receipt back.. we pull up to get our order and the nice guy told us to pull up to the line.. a lady came out with 2 happy meals and my husband said we had 2 other meals, at that point we waited another 5 mins, they came back out, I told my husband wait so I can check the food.. the of course gave us the wrong order on one of the meals, I told my husband to go back in and get the correct order, it was like a 4or 5 dollar difference in price in what they gave us,at that point he came back out after about 5 or so mins and said they finally gave him the right order but one of the managers called him a liar to his face. Now for my opinion on this, 1). the lady at the pay window never gave our receipt so we didn't have the proof you needed 2). we had to repeat our order 3 different times, there should be no excuse not get an order correct. 3). it's not hard to look at the screen to get an order correct, and last Dont be rude to your Honest customers.. we have no reason to lie, we dont like McDonalds that much, The ONLY reason why we stopped was because my 4 and 2 yr hadn't ate dinner yet and my 4yr old was asking for chicken nuggets and fries.. kindness goes a long way.. my husband was shocked that the lady called him a liar to his face.. there is no reason to be rude to customers you have never met , maybe you guys need training like Chick-fil-A does because the lack of friendliness and getting orders correct is a huge problem at...
Read moreI go to this location ALL the time and almost always use the app to purchase our food and park in one of the mobile pick-up spots. This particular evening, I wasn't ordering much bc my son was the only one eating so I figured we'd be parked and gone pretty quickly. Much to my dismay, this was not the case. We pulled up and waited as usual. Time goes by and an employee comes out to our vehicle and has the wrong order. When I tell her my order and that we had a frozen frappe and sprite with ours, she was like "okay that's right um yeah so our frappe machine actually is down right now so can I get you something else instead?" I told her I had gotten the frappe using my reward points on the app and as long as they were able to refund my points then yeah that's fine. She asked if I wanted to speak to a manager and since I figured that meant she wasn't sure how to handle such a refund I told her yeah sure. We waited and waited and waited for a "manager" to come out but one never did. After TWENTY minutes of waiting, all for nothing more than a Frappe, Sprite, double cheeseburger and med fry, someone(not a manager) comes out with the food, sprite, and low and behold, my frozen frappe! To which I asked "so the machine wasn't down after all?" And the girl very rudely said "we had to go get ice for it from the front 🙄, spun on her heels and walked away. She acted like I had committed a crime against humanity for ordering a danged frappe! I knew there was no way their milkshake machine was down all time.. they probably just gotta get ice from the front for it too! She acted like the front was Sooooo far away! Read moreIt's my bad for even expecting anything different out of these folks at this Mickey D's because I already know their service habits and their customer relations but the wife wanted fries. Sat in the drive thru for 10 minutes just to get my order taken. Finaly get my turn to the pickup window and was told to go to Reserve Spot #3. Note that there was absolutely nothing special about our order.Syandarscitrmscwith no specific requests. Sat in spot #3 for another 13 minutes. Food is finally brought out and they leave out the most expensive item I ordered. (Dbl quarter chs) Went back in to get my sandwich. The manager doubted my claims Went back out to retrieve my receipt. Proved to this rude lady that I wasn't lying. Then she says "we gotta cook da meat" Then she says"do you a regular quarter chs instead" ?? I declined and stated that it's ridiculous to sit thru 23 minutes of waiting only to be brought an order that's missing a premium sandwich. Now, I've gotta wait for you to cook more meat while all of my other food gets cold. She asked "do you want a refund"?? I said YES!!! She magically found me a sandwich. She brought me bag with a dbl quarter chs in it. Every girl working in the place gave me go to hell looks and I heard at least 2 of the confrontational employees insulting me in a low voice. Even the dude cooking the food acted like I was gonna have to fight him for making a complaint in a calm and polite voice. Absolute horrible people Absolute horrible franchise. And the food sucked worse than normal. NEVER EVER going to this it any other Mickey D's again. What an embarrassment they are. And I'm sure the franchise owner doesn't care one...
