Wanted to try this brand new ramen place. It is right across from Kungfu Tea. We entered and were the only customers to our surprise. Was asked to sit anywhere we wanted. The decor is interesting. They used a few shelves to separate the spaces and filled them with interesting items. There was only one person doing takeout, cashier and waiting so the service in the beginning was a little slow. We ordered the karauge chicken which is like a chicken nugget but with real chicken and was surprisingly juicy inside. Very good. We also had the wings with spicy sauce which were very good. Slightly sweet. We also had the duck bao bao, very good also. But be warned, it is very oily, oil was dripping down my arm with every bite. But very tasty. I had the split bowl ramen which had a spicy and non spicy side. Asked for their house made ramen. The spicy side tasted better with the ramen, but after the non spicy side was very good when drinking the soup. The house made ramen was a slightly thicker than the ones we were used to. But still very good. Also tried the ton ton, spicy flank and classic Tonkatsu. All very good. We were stuffed and couldn’t try the egg waffle dessert. Highly recommend this new ramen place as we did see a lot of people doing take out. Take out isn’t as good since ramen is made to consume right there than then. Will repeat to try other things. Lastly they have these pair of wings on the wall that you can take a picture with. Reminded us of a place we visited in China that had the same thing but grander. Pretty cool...

Small Ramen place, seating for about 6 to 8. We ordered takeout and it was ready fast. But the food was completely bland, with the exception of the buns. We ordered 3 ramen, one veggie, one short ribs and one flank steak. The flank steak was tender but the ribs were so chewy, we ended up throwing them all out. Plus, there was absolutely no flavor and for an avg of $20 per bowl, it just was a complete waste of money. The shrimp and pork bun were the only decent items. We also ordered the calamari (bad idea - super fried) and the chicken karaagi, which was ok but over fried and bland. For $100+ it was not good. We will...

Workers here are incompetent. They don’t check up on you, don’t take your order… like how clueless can you be?

We got there on Wednesday around 5:30 pm. The girl who was serving never came to take our order, we had to call her to our table. We ordered ramen and asked about the offer they had on a sign outside about free bubble tea with your meal, which she said they’re not offering anymore. Not a big deal, but maybe take it down?

….then she brought us the check as we were eating…. What if we wanted dessert? Guess we’re not getting any..

The food was good but just disappointed in...

Went to Millburn Ramen for dinner with my family. We liked its cool vibe and the numerous choices we had for ramen. The split bowl (half classic, half spicy) is a good option to try two different types at one go. And definitely get the homemade fresh ramen option as a $1 add-on to ramen. It made a real difference versus the normal noodles the ramen usually comes with. We also had the unagi / eel don, which was very flavorful and generous with its portion of eel. A terrific find for us!

Tight space to sit at the tables. Don't get the bao buns, they are flavorless and mostly doughy to eat. The Ramen and sushi aren't bad otherwise. The sushi isn't over stuffed with rice to stuff you and the Ramen is a good portion to eat. The volcano wasn't as hot as it seemed to be but was very good overall. Kimchi beef Ramen seemed full to the brim with things too eat.
