In an era where gastronomy intertwines with the spectacle of technology, there exists a culinary haven that transcends the mundane expectations of dining. Sushi Zero, not merely a restaurant but a sanctum of epicurean delight, beckons the connoisseur with promises of an unparalleled journey through the artistry of Japanese cuisine. Upon entering Sushi Zero, one is immediately enveloped in an ambiance that whispers of sophistication and avant-garde elegance. The pièce de résistance, undoubtedly, is the enchanting digital display of koi fish that grace the floor, their ethereal movements beneath one's feet not merely a feature but a ballet of pixels, creating an illusion so lifelike, one might hesitate to step lest they disturb the aquatic reverie. The menus, oh! The menus. They do not simply list; they beckon, they entice. Crafted with the ingenuity of a master storyteller, each menu opens not just to reveal the offerings within but acts as a portal, a gateway to realms of culinary ecstasy hitherto unimagined. The act of perusing the menu becomes a ceremony, a ritual that prepares the soul for the transcendental experience to come. To speak of the food at Sushi Zero is to speak of a craftsmanship so refined, so sublime, it borders on the divine. Each dish, a masterpiece, harmonizes flavors with such precision that one cannot help but pause, savor, and marvel. The sushi, in particular, crafted from ingredients whispered to be sourced from the guarded waters of Neptune's own domain, melts upon the palate, leaving behind a haunting melody of taste that lingers like the sweetest of dreams. In conclusion, Sushi Zero is not a mere restaurant; it is a beacon of culinary perfection, a testament to the zenith of gastronomic innovation. It stands as a hallowed ground for those who seek not just to dine but to partake in an experience that teeters on the edge of celestial. To dine at Sushi Zero is to be initiated into a realm of taste, elegance, and opulence that few are privileged to know. The sushi for two is excellent.

Was very much impressed with the place because of the impeccable interior design so we looked forward to our dining experience which was meh due to the following: 1. The food was averaged. I ordered a shrimp udon and when it came the 3 shrimp temoura came rolling in a tiny grocery cart. I mean it's cute but does not really complement the elegance of the environment. 2. They are also stingy with the soup! 3. I asked for a spoon to sip the soup and I was given a tiny wooden ladle. 4. My wife ordered pork katsu bowl that comes with either a miso soup or salad but, she was never asked which she preferred because the server was in a hurry to go. We had to ask another server if it comes with miso or salad which he said yes. However, after we explained to him that the other server did not ask us for our preference, he asked bluntly what we wanted. Should he have apologized on behalf of his fellow server before asking us what we wanted? So we can feel as customers a sense of concern? yes? no? 😂 5.No follow up as well like "how's everything going?" Is there anything you need?" "How's the food?" Do you want want more tea?" 6. The receptionist was cold too from welcoming us and giving us our check. 7. We love the aquarium effect on the floor though. Admittedly, we came in after our wonderful massage and we were humbly dressed. Was that why we were accommodated so "mildly"? Lastly, never assumed that everyone knows how to use chopsticks! Luckily we know how to. Servers should ask...ALWAYS! P.S. Why the heck is the Women Restroom's door wide open with a door stopper? Why? Oh why?😤 I think I captured it on the picture below.

This is Millburn’s newest and hottest sushi joint! I have been a huge fan of Sakura but as a sushi fanatic, I wanted to try something new and I am so glad I walked into Sushi Zero. The food was amazing and delicious and affordable for the quality and quantity. The environment was lovely, entertaining, and charming. I had a lovely time with my husband! We will definitely be back. We are huge sushi lovers so we had special fish rolls and steak rolls. We also had a variety of options on the menu besides sushi, we had the roasted duck bao bao buns, tartare, shumai, shrimp tempura, miso soup, and other plates. One thing I do applaud is that for the lunch bento box, the tempura options bring out numerous of delicious golden flake shrimp tempuras, whereas Sakura only gives two pieces of shrimp and a bunch of other vegetables. So impressed with the menu. This is our new place. I do not understand the bad reviews. I think pulling the race card was uncalled for, as I am Hispanic, also. The service was attentive and kind. The food was delicious and affordable? And You really cant make a delicate dish more cheap? So as a honest and direct reviewer, who usually leaves bad reviews (😂), I suggest the readers to disregard the negativity and try this place out!

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Sushi Zero in Millburn, and I can confidently say it’s one of the best sushi spots in town! From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere was inviting, with a beautifully designed interior that balances elegance and comfort.

The sushi was incredibly fresh, with high-quality fish that melted in my mouth. I highly recommend the omakase if you want a truly authentic experience—each piece was expertly crafted with the perfect balance of flavors. The specialty rolls were also a standout, especially the Zero Signature Roll and the Spicy Tuna Tempura Roll. The flavors were bold, the textures were perfect, and every bite was a delight.

The staff was warm, knowledgeable, and attentive without being intrusive. Our server took the time to explain the different sushi selections and even recommended a perfect sake pairing! Their recommendations were spot-on, making the meal even more enjoyable.

The ambiance is perfect for both date nights and casual outings. Soft lighting, tasteful décor, and an open sushi bar where you can watch the chefs work their magic made for a fantastic experience. The presentation of each dish was also beautiful, showing great attention to detail.

While the prices are slightly on the higher side, the quality more than justifies it. They also offer great lunch specials and happy hour deals, making it accessible for different budgets.

If you're a sushi lover looking for authentic Japanese cuisine, fresh ingredients, and top-notch service, Sushi Zero in Millburn is a must-visit. I’ll definitely be...
