Dunkin' — Restaurant in Millcreek Township

The worst Dunkin Donuts I've ever been to. They are constantly "out" of most of their stock. The service is extremely slow and lack luster. The employees seem completely incompetent. Whenever I order a bagel with cream cheese they give me a semi toasted bagel with cream cheese on the side for me to smear on myself. who orders a bagel with cream cheese and doesn't want the cream cheese to be on the bagel? Today I ordered 2 bagels with cream cheese and I specifically asked that they have cream cheese on them.. Below Is a picture of one of the bagels. I ate the first one and was so displeased for the millionth time with this store that I decided to write this review. The person I went with this morning ordered a jelly donut, this was at 8:20am, they wait till we pull up to the window to pay and tell us they are out of jelly donuts. Ok we order a Bavarian cream donut instead, the employee hands me a bag with a donut turned face down in the bag, the donut is completely stuck to the bottom of the bag. I ask for a different donut, because the topping on this one is stuck to the bottom of the bag, but now they are out of Bavarian cream donuts. So I just said "can we get any cream filled donut and please place it in the bag so that it doesnt stick to the inside of the bag. This place is a mess. and should just be closed down. They are lucky that dunkin is willing to decrease the public opinion of their brand because this store would not exist if it was a mom...

Was not busy: 0 customers in drive-thru and 0 customers in-store. I placed a mobile order 15min PTA. When they answered me in the drive thru they were evidently confused and had no idea of the mobile order. They started making the drink after I notified them of the mobile order. When I pulled up to the window, saw two girls talking - one making my drink and the other standing next to her. It took 4 minutes to make my drink because of pausing to continue conversing or the girl making my drink pausing to seemingly get herself back on track to what she was doing with my drink. When I received my drink, it lacked all flavoring the drink was supposed to have except for the dressings on top. When I received my drink, the label clearly laid out what the drink was supposed to contain and how much, but it was the basic drink with some fixings on top. The only reason I go to this Dunkin is because it's on my route to work. I will be leaving 15 minutes early from here on out to go to other locations simply to avoid this one. I'm not usually one to leave reviews, but this was poor...

I love Dunkin'. I come here often and it's always the slowest service ever. Which is okay sometimes I get it. It's hard to find employees currently or whatever. I only order a hot black coffee. One time I sat in the lobby for 20 min waiting for my hot black coffee. I was in no rush so although an annoyance I did not complain. If you go to this location expect never to be in a rush.

My family from massachusetts is in town (the birthplace of Dunkin' and where there is one on every corner) so we decided to go pick up some coffee. Per usual the service was painstakingly slow. The floors inside were filthy. The employees were hard at work. I am thankful for them. We ordered a large decaf regular (which should contain milk and sugar), a large hot black, and a small hot black.

It was absolutely the most sour foul tasting coffee I have ever had. The large regular didn't have milk and sugar. I am embarrassed I brought my family here. This location needs major help in getting to the bare minimum of Dunkin' standards because the bar is on that...
