My wife and I have been at this location 2 times within past couple months, between 5pm and 9pm. Both experiences were horrible in their own ways. Both involved , having around 9 employees on staff during each visit. Who preferred to hang out in the back hidden from customers. The dining room absolutely disgusting , floor, tables, counters, soda machine, all might has well been at the primate enclosure at the Zoo. Counters and tables were wiped with a dirty, greasy towel, and left a nasty residue on surfaces .Bathrooms were also stomach turning. Both visits the kitchen and food prep area , were equally disgusting. The floor of kitchen littered with trash and food. Food left on counters while employees disappeared into back to play grab@ (laughter and giggling heard through out store). The broom and broom pan, were left in the middle of floor in dining room, waiting for a lawsuit to happen, or for a customer to be disgusted enough to clean it for them.
Our first visit, we didn't eat most of the food. Mashed potatoes, gravy, and the mac and cheese all had a weird unpleasant taste. We did not eat any of those items out side of tasting it. And was probably around the same time another person posted about their whole family getting food poisoning. And the soda machine just chugged a horrible alarm sound. Because it was out of ice, totally ignored for our whole 30 minute visit.
Our second visit last night, the food didn't taste funny. But it surely was not right. The biscuits tasted like water and flour only was used. Gravy definitely not the flavorful gravy we all love. Chicken was soggy, and greasy, and lacked equal flavoring. A sign too much chicken is being cooked in basket at one time. Fried foods are best when the oil can flow freely around the items being fried. The whole time, I was scared to eat any of it, after the state of cleanliness of the whole place, and laziness of staff.
The restaurant could be ran by 3 or 4 good employees and a good manager. Which this place totally lacks.
And in my honest opinion, this place should be shut down by the health department. There is no way I would ever give this store a passing grade for food safety. EAT AT YOUR OWN RISK.
I can't give no stars and still post... so...
Read morePLEASE READ BEFORE VISITING! I am absolutely heartbroken and outraged by the experience my mother and I had at this KFC. The employees at this location were shockingly rude and disrespectful, displaying behavior that no customer should ever have to endure.
My mother, a disabled 50-year-old woman, was treated in the most degrading manner. When she went to pick up the food she had PAID for online, the young employees made cruel and nasty comments about her weight. To make matters worse, they outright REFUSED to give her the food she had ordered and paid for. My poor mother left the restaurant in tears, devastated by how she was treated.
Despite my attempts to get the situation resolved with customer care outside, the employee in question completely ignored any efforts to address the issue. The customer service representative was simply trying to tell her to give my mother her food she ordered. However, the lady wouldn’t even acknowledge my mother or even say what her name was, she kept saying "It doesn't concern you what my name is" The girl didn't even take a moment to listen. The sheer lack of empathy and respect was both sickening and infuriating...
It is beyond comprehension how such immature, and ignorant employees are trusted to serve customers. Their behavior was nothing short of bullying. No one should EVER have to feel humiliated when simply trying to pick up their meal. This experience has left me in pieces, knowing how deeply it hurt my mother.
KFC should be ashamed to have such horrible staff representing their brand. This location clearly needs to hire employees who understand basic human decency and respect, or it should shut down entirely. This type of behavior is unacceptable, especially toward someone as truly kind-hearted and loving as my mother. This experience was deeply upsetting and I urge others to think twice before...
Read moreAbsolute worst service I’ve ever received. NEVER coming back again.
I came in at 8:58 last Saturday to order a small $1.50 pie. I waited in line for 2 minutes, no big deal. I’m greeted with “How did you get in here?” I respond “through the side door” after asking everyone else in line how they got in (front door) she then addressed everybody in line (about six of us) and says “it’s 9 PM the lobby is closed, you have to go through drive through.” I argued with her for a solid two more minutes because I walked there from work (no vehicle) and all I literally wanted was a cake to go and even if the drawers were pulled the drive through lady could ring it in. I’ve worked in fast food. But no, she left me standing there for another minute as her coworker escorted the other customers in line outside (because he had locked everybody in the restaurant inside, including the dozens of people in the lobby.) she came back eventually and took my order, giving me a dirty look and attitude the whole time. How unbelievable???! I’ve never received such bad service in my life. I am not the type to come into a restaurant a minute before the lobby closing but it never occurred to me the lobby would close at 9 on a Saturday. And they couldn’t take three minutes out of there day to ring up the six people in line instead they stood there and argued with us and kicked us out of line. It would have taken the same amount of time! Her drawer wasn’t closed because she EVENTUALLY rung me up. Absolutely awful service and despite the fact I work right down the road I will never...
