Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Millcreek Township

So me and my friend walk in because it has been a while since I had dine in pizza. Usually get it delivered...not ever again. The lady that was "working" the front greets us and seemed surprised that we wanted a table. She says ok just find a seat anywhere clean. As we look around to the I'd guess 20 tables, 3 are clean...3 and the rest are completely trashed with garbage and pizza still sitting on the tables. Against my inner self I didn't wanna react too fast as I'm a restaurant manager and although I understand places are shorthanded this was so far beyond that. I sit down at the cleanest table we can find and there are side plates sitting on the table in front of me and as I slide them out from in front of me they are very much so stuck to the table due to Grease and grime and people not cleaning surfaces correctly. The service was subpar at best, got the pizza right but we asked for marinara for the crust and it was ice cold when the server reluctantly brought it to us. The only thing I remember about the server was she had no teeth. Not sure what was going on there. Totally disgusted by my visit and plan on not eating at or from any pizza hut again if that is how they are ran! This is my first review ever and only doing it because of how spectacularly dirty it was and people...

I placed an online order via the app for curbside carry out. I really wanted a personal pan pizza, but the app said that they were out of those crusts. It redirected me to a medium pizza in order to get the pan crust, which, of course, costs $15 more.

When I arrived, the app showed my pizza as ready, but when I called to let them know I was there, I was told that my pizza wasn’t ready and would be brought out when it was done. 20 minutes later, I went into the restaurant to see why my pizza still hasn’t been given to me only to discover that it had been ready all along. I understand that there was only one person working the front, but there was only one table being served in the restaurant, and if she knew she couldn’t bring it out, she should have told me that when I called.

When I finally got my pizza, the crust was greasy and under-baked. Parts of the crust in the center of the pizza were almost raw. I remember the pan crust as being crispy, but this was more like a soggy hand-tossed crust. Perhaps this is why I haven’t had Pizza Hut in years and just mis-remembered, but I was very disappointed that I had to pay almost $20 for...

Came from WNY to enjoy some good ole Pizza Hut because we no longer have any in WNY. Yes, there is a guy bringing 10 locations to WNY area but none will be dine in. His loss. I dont go to Pizza Hut to order and take home. I like to sit and enjoy my pizza hut and if I want more (like i usually do) Im right there.

I been to 3 PA Pizza Hut and Ive held my reviews until this one because this was the last of the 3 I needed to attend to give my best review. I love Pizza. Could eat it 7 days a week and not even care.

This location at Peninsula Dr in PA is the best of the 3 I visited. 1st was close to Bradford. Meh. 2nd was Buffalo St which was good but this location blows them out of the water. Compared to the 17 locations WNY used to have, plus the 2 other Pizza Huts in PA i been to, this is by far the best Pizza Hut Ive had to date. Pizza and breadsticks were beyond perfect. My dad,(was his birthday) sister and family friend agreed as well and we had to take 2 pizzas and 20 breadsticks with us back to NY. Absolutely perfect. Ill be back for my birthday in just under 2 weeks and then once a month (or more) to enjoy what ive missed for...
