This was the absolute worst experience I've ever had at any fast food place. We went inside because the drive thru line was so wrong and quickly realized the line was so long because of the chaos of this place. They had more than enough staff but no one was actually doing their job. I was with a group and the rest of my groups order was taken and then the cashier left to go fill their orders while I stood there for 12 minutes waiting to even put mine in. Once the kid finally came back he took my order and I proceeded to wait. The girl that was supposed to be putting together the orders kept randomly leaving but finally showed up with my drink and then dumped it on the counter and just looked at me and asked if I saw what happened and started laughing. At this point my entire group had already gotten their food and eaten and we're just waiting because we were on our way to somewhere. The girl said "well I guess I'm going to have to make you another" very sarcastically and then took another 5 minutes to do that and left the counter covered in my drink. Then because my receipt got wet. She forgot what was in my order and kept filling other orders before mine. This experience was absolutely ridiculous. The manager looked very stressed out because all she was doing was babysitting. All the employees looked like they were 14 years old and acted more immature than that. They all had attitudes and none of them were doing their job. This branch should get...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI wish I could give ZERO stars for the 5901 Peach St. Erie, PA location. They completely botched my order that I was picking up for someone else. Son of Baconator plain was not plain, and spicy chicken nuggets were regular, not spicy.
I didn't realize the order was wrong until I got home and gave the food to my son. Drove back up to Wendy's fighting through traffic and long lights. Got the order rectified, sort of. The manager insisted that he did not have to apologize, so I had some select words for him and left. The french fries from the original order should have been replaced, as I specifically requested, but they weren't.
So, I had to drive back to Wendy's fighting again through the traffic and long lights only to have the manager tell me that the fries I had were fresh. They definitely were not. Once again the manager refused to apologize, and obviously his staff has also not been trained to apologize in these situations either. This falls directly on the manager.
I am a busy man, and don't have time to make three trips to Wendy's on a Saturday evening. with that being said, I am also a reasonable man. I understand that people make mistakes, and I am very forgiving as long as the other party is somewhat apologetic. The way the manager handled the situation was...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreAfter waiting 5 minutes to order, I found myself repeating many things I have already said. The employee did not have a personable attitude about her. I then get up to the window and waited another 5 minutes. They give the order to me and I see a look of confusion on there faces (them being a manager and employee) I then said 5 sandwiches right? They realized they forgot a sandwich. Before I can check the rest of the order they asked for the bags back and told me to pull up.
I pulled up to the door and kid you not, they took care of 8 cars before I got my chicken sandwich. I said 15 minutes at this curb. I finally get the food. My wife checks the food and its cold.... and we were missing the one order of fries. I go inside at this point and told the employee at the counter we were missing fries. The manager recognized me and gave me fries and said sorry for the wait.
Now I would not be irritated if it were not for the fact that I was the for 25 min. And all they did was give me what I ordered but cold. If I was the manager I should have made a fresh batch of everything or threw something in for the inconvenience. Normally I don't gove bad reviews from 1 bad exp. But it would seem this Wendy's always...
