Do not order pizza from this location!!!!

We ordered a pizza and never received it. We were on the phone with their “call center” and their local store for over an hour.

The pizza was delivered by DoorDash to the WRONG address and left on the ground by a tree in mud and rain!!

The two high school or young kids working at the store told us that they’d sent another order which was a lie. We never received notification that another pizza had been sent do we paid and never received anything!!!

The two kids told me that lie after driving to the store to tell them we never received our pizza. The two employees- I believe the only employees working, were out back smoking by dumpsters when I arrived and there was another customer patiently waiting at the front counter while they were outback smoking which would explain why our calls were usually disconnected after ringing forever.

We called Pizza Hut to report that the pizza was really never delivered about 5 times, Each time the call would be disconnected and we were never able to speak to anyone.

The night ended with a no resolution from either DoorDash (who Pizza Hut is contracting with to deliver a lot of their pizza) or all of them at this location.

Do not order from this Pizza Hut. It was the most dysfunctional and irritating experience I’ll ever have...

Called in to inquire why this store had stopped delivering to my home. The conversation was fine, I thought. It was explained that the customer service rep was not from the area and had no idea why they were no longer delivering to my home. Then she theorized that it might be because they were changing the boundaries to allow for new stores. All of this I accepted, and I believe I was polite and understanding enough. However, when I neutrally said, "Well that is too bad. If carry out is my only option then I'll have to take my business elsewhere today," the teller promptly hung up on me without another word. As in the phone clicked immediately as the last word left my mouth. Unacceptable.

I might not have given one star based on that interaction if I had not spent far too much time on hold several weeks ago trying to reach this same chain to inquire, then, why they had stopped delivering. I gave up at the time as I did not have another ten minutes to wait. Sadly, I will be looking for pizza delivery options elsewhere in my area. I will not even be calling in for carry out after...

If I could give zero stars I would pizza hut is ridiculous I ordered 2 pizzas to be delivered so they delivered it with door dash and what happens they delivered it to the wrong house And when I seen that it was delivered to the wrong house I immediately called Pizza Hut and told them it was delivered to the wrong house if they could remake it and deliver it to the correct address and they didn't want to remake Seems like they didn't want to redeliver it the manager had an attitude So when I call customer service and ask for Refund 3 different people kept telling me the same thing they will report to upper management and they should call me and refund within 3 to 5 business days now I haven't even got a call from them don't know what's going to its like pulling teeth trying to get a refund from them so ridiculous I had to dispute the charge with my bank thats the last time I WILL EVER ORDER PIZZA HUT AGAIN!!! I only stick to domino's way more...
