Burger King — Restaurant in Milledgeville

Today, I called BK and received horrible, offensive and imprudent services over the phone. This complaint is directed towards the services I received from the manager herself, Evette Scott. Her tone was very unprofessional and she was rude, passive-aggressive and demeaning. I simply called to let a manager know that I noticed I was chewing on a thin piece of cardboard as I was eating my burger that I purchased today for lunch, I have the remaining burger in the refrigerator and would like to be enabled to return it for a replacement. She hastily and rudely asked me, "If I can bring the cardboard in now?" I responded, "Ma'am I said that I have the remaining burger but would you like for me to actually bring the bolus of food with the cardboard in it?" She said, "No I don't want your food with spit in it." I said, "Ma'am you just asked me, if I can bring in the cardboard in and I told you that I was chewing on the cardboard." She said well can you bring the burger in tomorrow. As I proceeded to answer that question, she interrupted me and asked if I can bring it later today?" I said, "I will not be able to bring it today and I can't promise if I can bring it tomorrow but I will leave the burger in my refrigerator until I can return it for a replacement. She said, "Well when can you bring it?" Finally, I responded ma'am you are making me feel pressured, as if I need to return this burger to BK right away and you're being very rude and unapologetic. Her tone was very demeaning; however I did not respond on her level and she did not make me upset; I am still my happy self. I only have one star because it's required to submit this post. Burger King is a solid choice when it comes to fast food, and this location is no exception. The food is great, and the prices are actually reasonable compared to some other fast food places. One of the best deals is the Whopper with cheese meal for just $6.49, which is a great price for a full meal that actually fills you up. The employees here are always nice and friendly, which makes for a pleasant experience.

That being said, there are a couple of small issues that keep this from being a perfect five-star review. The drive-thru can be a bit slow at times, which isn’t a huge deal, but it’s something to keep in mind if you’re in a hurry. The biggest frustration I’ve had is with the mozzarella sticks. I asked if they came with marinara sauce, and they said yes—but when I got my order, the sauce was missing. This wouldn’t be a big deal if it was a one-time thing, but it has now happened twice. Mozzarella sticks just aren’t the same without the marinara, so it was a little disappointing.

Overall, this is a great Burger King location with good food, friendly employees, and fair prices. If they could speed up the drive-thru a bit and make sure orders include everything they’re supposed to, it would be just...

I am so disgusted with the customer service I received today. I went in with a very simple order and specified that I wanted my chicken nuggets fresh. The cashier told the cooks that I wanted them fresh, so I assumed they would be. I also ordered a large fry. The fry I got was not full enough to even be a medium and when I asked the supervisor if that's all I got for a large she said yes. I felt my chicken nuggets and could clearly tell all they did was throw them back in the grease for a few seconds. I asked again for FRESH nuggets and the supervisor told them to drop more. I could here them complaining how they just came out the grease. Then he said okay and as I was waiting for them, I walked my food to the table. And just couldn't except I paid 1.99 for such a small amount of fries, and walked back up to the counter for a true LARGE fry. She gave it to me, and at the same time, received my new nuggets from the cook in the back who very clearly stated "If they ain't fresh enough now she's just gonna have to go hungry! " I know you get what you pay for but I guess that goes with the service too. Smh. Gave one star for the indoor playground. Only good thing...
