Taco Bell — Restaurant in Milledgeville

Let me explain how I have never had such a gross, disturbing and utterly horrible experience before at a fast food place. My boyfriend and I just went to Taco Bell. I ordered the cravings box with a large drink, my boyfriend, his food and an iced coffee. Well, when we walked in, with only 2 other customers waiting for their food, the cashier asked us to use the kiosk instead of taking our order. Okay… I get it sometimes someone can order a lot. A few more customers came in and no one was up front to take orders and he was forced to use the kiosk, seemed kind of rude and lazy behavior to be honest. Well, once we did our order, he gave me a medium until I pointed it out I asked for a large. My boyfriend reminded him he asked for a regular iced coffee. Well, my boyfriend is allergic to cinnamon and they made him a cinnamon coffee. They did not pay attention to the orders. They exchanged the coffee once I brought it to their attention. Well, while we are waiting for our food, I witnessed one of the cooks EATING FOOD from the establishment WHILE MAKING OUR FOOD AND DID NOT CHANGE HIS GLOVES. Then, after we got our food, they were all standing around and drinking Baja blast and setting it on the prepping table. Disgusting. I, for a fact, know they are not supposed to be eating the food unless they have paid for it, shouldn’t be drinking beverages in front of customers and certainly not supposed to be eating while preparing food. It’s a health hazard and gross. The only reason we ate the food is because we hadn’t eaten all day and had already paid for it. But, needless to say, we will not be returning to this store for future food and drink purchases. It was so...

I'm totally disgusted shame to the shift and whoever is managing I ordered food and it's old been sitting overcooked hard and stale. My drink was water with coloring in it. When I called down to speak with management knowing they close at 3am no response or curtousy or professionalism. For a hour straight I called commanding attention to address so it can be corrected. No one cares enough to answer but took my hard earned money I worked for to the exact pennie. In return I have no fresh nutritious safe food to eat but garbage. Then I'm treated as if I don't exists. I am highly disappointed dissatisfied and would like my money back. I was order # 287. The location Millidgeville GA 2495 N Columbia St. Sad and pathetic. I give no stars at all and if so falling stars. I'll be consistent and contact the proper individuals who will care enough about the job they have to pay their bills. The company that has some of a reputation to each it's own who's growing because of not marketing but dollars by tax paying citizens, and respect and take pride in the morals and core values set by Taco Bell. I'm pretty sure all people are not the same with that being said the responsible adult will soon hopefully address this bad energy that carries Taco Bell name to a horrifying place. First we pulled up and placed the order. We started the order and then we were on hold for like 2 or 3 minutes and they came back on the loudspeaker. I hope the mic was just messed up. Anyway we had ordered 3 combos. Pulled up to the window to get the meals. No drinks. We waited and asked for the drinks and she was like you didn't order any. We said we ordered 3 combos. She said it was her fault and gave us 3 frinks. I did look at the receipt and we were rang up for 1 combo and instead of making the other 2 orders into a combo it was separated out. So we think maybe new person. We all have to learn right. Well we did not check the order before we left. Got home and our soft tacos were missing. So my husband called and was told he could come back and get them to bring his receipt. Ok cool. So my husband went back into town to get the order. He told me that he could see why they messed the order up. They were laughing and cutting up and playing around. You know I know work should be fun, but there is a time for work and a time for play.
