Jalisco Mexican Grill #2 — Restaurant in Milledgeville

The service was terrible. My two friends and I came out to have Mexican to cheer us up. I believed she assumed that since we were college students we were not going to tip and that we were not worth it. However, we are all servers ourselves and know how it is/ how important a tip is. As we were eating the cheese dip, we noticed a long black thick hair. I pulled it out, grossed out, My blonde friend put the hair back in so we could say something to the server. when the server came back over with our food, we told her about it. She claimed that the hair wasn’t in our cheese dip before, accusing us of putting hair in the cheese dip. There are two blondes at the table and a curly brown hair girl ALL with hair up. We asked for a new cheese dip and never got it, instead we watched her eat at the bar. We got the fajitas for two and had to get up to get our own plates after eating off of tinfoil for a few minutes. Never got another cheese dip, never got acknowledged after food was sat down. AND the cheese dip sat at our table while we ate the whole time. After finally getting our check, the cheese dip was still on it and the tab wasn’t split like we asked. Finally, we went and talked to somebody who was very accommodating and nice. Took the cheese dip off for us split the checks and gave us more customer service in two minutes with the way she talked to us than our server had the whole time. I recommend you do not eat here. Do not waist your time!!! I travel to Milledgeville quite often and this is the worst Mexican spot I have eaten to date. One other spot we patron was closed this day and we decided to give this one at the mall a try! First red flag was another person in the pickup order area was talkin to employee of red sauce not thick consistency...I'm pretty sure the older lady means the salsa. I didn't want to prejudge and had not had their salsa so I proceed to try them out. So ok here goes the result my order of chicken quesadillas something not hard to screw...oh but yes yes, it was definitely subpar. The cheese was blah:-(.......I also ordered Mexican (chicken) soup and the WATER -not broth- water with floating rice and cilantro chicken chunks at the bottom definitely outweighed all the suppose authentic flavors you'd typically get with the Mex soup!! How...how...how can you be even a typical mexican restaurant and NOT score basic 5 out of 10 on these two items!! My meal was subpar and I will not ever recommend this...

Very prompt efficient place off the bewildering N. Columbia Milledgeville strip. Was in a super rush, and I Lucked out; Comes very simple, fast, & straightforward; gots my chips, salsa, and loaded chicken chimi-ch in 6 minutes flat. The whole place quiet and squeaky clean.

*Food They gots all the classics- fresh chimichangas, fajitas, quesadillas, huevos rancheros; Plus specials like Camarones a La Diabla or La Mojo Deajo.
