McDonald's — Restaurant in Milledgeville

I don't usually do reviews on businesses, but the service at this McDonalds is past incompetent. We need to remember that people don't pull through McDonalds, or any other fast-food restaurant because the food is sooooo good........you're purchasing convenience. This morning, I pulled through the window and placed an order for six sausage biscuits w/ cheese, one bacon, egg, and cheese biscuit, an apple fritter, and a milk .......repeated the order three times to make sure the girl at the first window was clear on the order. I paid for the order and pulled forward to receive the order. Knowing that this particular McDonalds gets the order right only about 60 percent of the time, I glanced in the bag and noted sausage biscuits w/ cheese and a packaged apple fritter, sealed with a sticker that proclaimed it as " hot and fresh for you ! "........not seeing a bacon, egg, and cheese biscuit, I inquired with the boy manning the window........he replied " just a minute," and retrieved another biscuit from inside, and handed it out the window. I asked if this was my bacon, egg, and cheese, and he replied " yes." I left with my order, only to discover that the biscuit he handed me was actually the sixth sausage w/ cheese biscuit........there was no bacon, egg, and cheese biscuit in the order. I negotiated Milledgeville traffic to return through the windows to get the biscuit that I had paid for. I explained the situation to the girl taking orders and made my way up to the second window, where the boy manning the window tried to give me someone else's cheeseburger. After finally getting the right biscuit, I drove away to eat my biscuit and enjoy my apple fritter.....( which turned out to be a blueberry muffin.) The staff here are wasting their invaluable talent........they could easily find their rightful place in our federal...

Food was good but Very bad experience made a huge 30$ order for my family and drive through was great but when i was receiving my food the drive through tendant had a very bad attitude like she didnt want to be there serving customers.. the first issue was my drink was supposed to be a sweet tea for my daughter and it was sprite after i asked the order taker to change it please and the attendant seem to have an attitude about changing the drink well i let it slide but after i got all my food and drinks i asked for two more sauces packets and the attendent responded-( you already got sauces in the bag ... and i said i need a few more for my meal and i said you can lose the attitude mam i just needed sauces and she said they 25 cents i said thats fine i will pay it i just meed what i am wanting for my order thank you and that was that ... i hope no one else experiences this ive had several issue with customer service and this location and im simply trying to order meals and get everything...

The service was slow and the food was even worse. It was a typical poorly run and poorly operated McDonald's. We went to the drive thru and was told to pull into space #1 . We waited in space 1 for our food 25 minutes, we then called into the restaurant and asked for the manager. We told her how long we'd been waiting and she said she'd get our order right out. We gave her the ticket number for the order. When they brought the food it was the completely wrong order. (Typical of any McDonald's) so we went inside to speak with the manager with the food we were given along with the receipt to show her that our order was incorrect after she promised to get our order right out. By then we had been waiting about 45 minutes and my wife just wanted our money back. My wife said to the female manager that they didn't care about the customer and it was proven by how long we waited for two sandwiches, and two large no salt fries. Extremely slow, extremely...
