I would give “0” stars if I could!
At approximately 19:37 today I had the unfortunate experience of being treated as a non existing customer at this restaurant. I walked into this particular Captain D’s in silent ahh at the mere fact the they had absolutely no customers, at the cashier counter, in the dining area, nor in the drive through. Standing at the counter for nineteen minutes as I patiently await to place an order I saw three female employees, within the time period of me waiting, the each separately looked at me and walked away without any acknowledgment of my presence, one of them was in a red shirt, she actually sat on a stool at a wall that is just behind the three empty cashiers, when I said hello I was completely ignored. The unwelcoming environment left me no choice but to travel elsewhere in order to acquire dinner for my hungry family and myself.
Sadly when I arrived at another eatery, located half a mile east down Hwy 51, I had the pleasure of meeting two senior gentlemen that stated that they to had a similar experience at this particular Captain D’s. Read moreHaven't been in some time. Walked in to see a bucket catching a leak. Theyre was splatter from the water on the floor around the bucket. Had to wait to order food since the lady working the register also had to do the drive thru. We order 3 fish sandwich meals and a kids' chicken. They take our name and tell us they will call us when it's ready. We waited about 15 minutes. We go get our food, bring it back to the table, and it's not hot. It wasn't cold but wasn't hot. The French fries weren't even hot. We were straving so we just ate it. We also saw another leak in the dining area. Water was all over the floor by the bucket. The garbage was completely full. The floor had stuff all over it. It was mainly paper with some pieces of French fries. The bathroom really needs some attention. It hasn't been cleaned in a while, and the tiles on the wall are falling into the wall. With the state of the inside of the restaurant, I don't think I will be back. It's nasty and...
Read moreWe normally love to go to Captain Jay's in the last couple of times we've been there I've said so long at the drive-thru speaker did I ended up pulling up forgetting to give her my order I had to go drive back around again and give them my order and wait another 30 minutes to get to the front and pick up our food your window person tell me if we didn't want to wait and we were always free to drive out only thing is you can't drive out of that store you have to go through the line to get out we also ask to have it in separate bags because we don't live at the same place and she said well I'll give you a bag that you can separate it yourself and when I ask for my money back she says there was no one there that could refund my money for me tell which apps are empty bag and the bag was our food separated our self I'm just sad it just you know I'm not spend...
