Honestly they deserve no stars because their customer service is terrible. I went there one day to order the $5 box and it took them over 30min to get my food. Meanwhile, other people went inside the store and came back with their order. So I asked since I'm waiting for some "fresh chicken" can I have a complimentary drink for waiting and not driving away. They denied and offered free water, so I brought to their attention that I have been waiting a long time, and the manager said "well you could come on the inside". But I was like what is the difference between coming inside and waiting outside since there is no line outside (the place just opened an hour ago). Long story short I got home and my chicken was cold and they poured out my red beans and rice (you can see where the food was at one level and the beans was on the outside of the container). So I called and reported that they messed my food up, but they continue to hang up on me and block my call (I did not get loud with them), so I drove back up there asked for a refund. But they made it difficult claiming it's going to take forever the refund process, something is wrong with their system, blah blah. So finally the manager came back out again and did give me a refund with an attitude and continued to agree with me about it didn't take that long for the food, but I have the receipt of the time of the transaction plus the time I got there. Read moreWe go to the Popeyes in millington. After ordering our food and being told it will be ready at 641 we get there at 654 to give them a little extra time. The food isn’t ready. We pull up to the window and they tell us that there are no classic tenders.they offer spicy tenders or a refund. So I ask for a refund. The spicy tenders make me sick to my stomach. Someone else offers to cook us classic tenders if I can wait. They bring us our food out eventually. We were not given our drinks. They come out with drinks and are out of Dr Pepper so they made two teas. The tea was horrible taste like straight up syrup even the consistency of it wasn’t right it was super thick. We check our bags and realize we have no sauces we asked for and no fries for one of the meals. So we walk back in to figure this out. We get these items and walk back out to the car. When we do get to eat guess what tenders we have??? They gave us cold spicy tenders. Under the breading was orange and they were definitely clearing out my sinuses. They didn’t cook new ones at all. The state of these tenders was sad. Some of the tenders didn’t even have breading on it. It was just a sad chunk of meat. My husbands fries were rubbery and hard. Safely from the couch: I ordered on the app and I chose a 15 minute pickup time because I know it was a big order. 20 minutes later I go to the intercom and tell them YES. My order # is 90. Okay, one minute ma’am. We finally make it to the window where we sat with not one word from the staff until they bring someone else’s order to the window. Not once did they ask me to pull forward and wait. No one said anything to me for about 30 minutes. When suddenly a big brown bag is shoved through the window at me & mind you I was watching a woman throwing things into the bag just seconds earlier. Literally throwing rice, mac n cheese and the 6 wings like she was throwing them in the garbage!!! $63.00 to be treated like I was doing something wrong to her personally! Then I'm checking my order and the employee actually asked me if I would pull forward!! Now I get home with NOT ONE BISCUIT. They don't answer their phone and the app help is a joke!
