When in order to order some food was not given time to check out the menu there was no customers ahead or behind me cashiers just kept staring at me so I ordered two chicken sliders and a Coke the Coke machine was spitting seltzer water so I asked the cashier if she can throw it away for me and less with my order I'm opening my bag the receipt was laying on my food with magic marker written on it and then I looked at the chicken on the sandwiches sliders had a piece of chicken as big as my thumb diameter and length drove back to the restaurant to get them to replace the sandwiches manager was very nice and helpful he went to talk to the Cook and have him remake of sandwiches I observed aggressive response from the cook it appears that the manager told him just to go ahead and make it then the manager walked away and he began to discuss with coworkers while staring at me aggressively I heard him say there is nothing wrong with these sandwiches I should not play with him because he is not the one to be played with after making punching hand gestures hearing that I did feed-in to the aggression for about 10 seconds then left the building manager didn't come out to try to catch me to give me refund no food Arby's is my favorite restaurant will continue to be a patron just not this location. 07-13-18 @ in between 11:15 and 11:30 a.m Millsboro Delaware Dupont...

First, I had a very soft talker, taking my order, but behind her an onslaught of factory sounds and signals. Piercing beeps, buzzers and chimes. Then out of nowhere, an adamant and feverish ringing of the customer service bell by some stoked customer's exit. Continued reverberations bouncing around my brain, I stepped back away from the counter, the source of the majority of assaulting sounds. I was so uncomfortable and anxious waiting for my order. Read moreI ordered the 2 for 6 chicken cheddar ranch sandwiches. COMMON!! The chicken is a little bigger than 2 McNuggets and fried hard as a rock. I called to complain. I talked to the most perfect manager on earth. She bagged the orders so I had to have a receipt, which I still haven’t found, and the rest of the call was her talking over me showing no interest in what I had to say. I’ve owned businesses over 40 years and even if you disagree with the complaint, YOU LISTEN TO THE CUSTOMER AND THEN RESPOND! Talking over someone in any situation shows you have no interest in what they have to say and no respect for them at all. I usually go to arbys often and that’s why I called.
