I come here once a day, sometimes twice. And send my coworker for coffee for her, myself and/or other employees at a minimum of 5 times a week. And we both have the same thing to say. Most of the employees are nice & coffee is consistent unlike other locations. But at least twice a week we get waited on by a nasty unfriendly, seemingly unapproachable, who's name tag reads Poli. Many times I have wanted to call corporate & put up a review and never did until now. Poli, here's some advice, you should always be kind because everyone you speak to or wait on or pass by has things going on in their own lives that upset them without having you top them off. if you're miserable with yourself so much do you have to be miserable to everyone else stock shelves or something stop working...
Read moreNormally I love the ability of going in- ordering a dozen donuts for my workers, and being in an out within a few minutes- normally have little to no complaints or compliments for the service either way. Typical chain retailer that happens to serve donuts and coffee.
However this location has some of the down right rudest people I have ever met- Carlos, told me I was ignorant and to "go die". Called corporate and never heard back. (Mind you, I had barely spoken to him as he was on his cell phone during work with his work uniform on).
Please train your staff better- no one deserves to be told to "go die"...
Read moreTerrible service!!!! I ordered 6 donuts for curb side pick up, with specific donuts to what the kids wanted and when I got home they gave me donuts that I never ordered. I called the store 7 times no answer. When I returned back to the store, the man who was at the register not wearing his mask and you tubing was nasty and said to me that he only had Boston cream donuts and so he put it in my order. I asked for a full refund. He credited me partial refund!!! He looked lazy and just no regard for what he did.. he just didn't care.. Horrible customer service. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE...
