Jamba — Restaurant in Milpitas

I want to praise the staff that was working during the mid-afternoon shift on Saturday Feb. 22, 2025! Especially the cashier! My husband inquired about a few items on the menu, asking if they had pineapple. The cashier had great intuition, and she asked my husband if he has a pineapple allergy. He does! We confirmed this, but didn’t want to make it a big deal, so my husband ordered a strawberry mix drink that didn’t seem to have pineapple. Well, the nice cashier made a note on our order about my husband’s allergy anyway, and when our drink was being made, the staff checked-in with us to know the extent of my husband’s allergy. It seems that the staff was willing to take extra precautions to make sure there was no contamination, and that spoke volumes! It was okay though, since my husband just needs to avoid consuming pineapple, but we really appreciated the care! Especially on a busy day at the mall....

We went around 800pm last night and ordered two drinks smoothies while they were making our drinks a workers was spraying cleaner all over the floor back and forth I mentioned the spray is bothering my breathing and getting on our drinks thru spraying all over and the girl said nothing I threw mine away also tried to call the manager at great mall location no one answers just unhealthy of them maybe they should wait until the store closes at 9 pm...

They need more training. They clean up to early. Twice I came to order half orange and haft carrots they tell me that they already clean the machine and they cant make it anymore. This was today 9/22 @ 7:17pm and yesterday 9/21 @ 7:30 pm that...
