[Time & Date of visit]: Evening dinner times, 7-8pm-ish.
[Location/Ambiance]: The front parking lot can be of an annoyance as some people just can't seem to navigate through the strip. It's quicker entering through the stop light entrance of the home depot, forking left, and entering at the rear entrance, making another left and CAREFULLY watch for an idiot to speed through the narrow road and then park. Outside seating is more open than the small tables in the inside dining room. Lines can form pretty quickly due to how small the area for those waiting to order.
[Service]: Starting right off the bat - I'm guessing the server handling the start of the food orders was the manager as he was the only one wearing plain clothes. Or maybe someone let him work without the usual Chipotle t-shirt work attire. Aside from some of repeat customers he remembers by face, he gave an attitude to my room mate who reminded him that his was a to go order, as he wasn't asked in the beginning when he ordered his burrito bowl. A little stingy on the protein as well for the barbacoa for my salad. The rest of the workers inline were in a better mood and were generous with the other toppings. I know it's my room mates fault for not double checking, but they also jipped him on his salsa that he ordered for his chips.
[Food Highlights]: It's your typical Chipotle chain and food. Sometimes the steak can be over cooked. Pieces of fat still clumped with the barbacoa meat. Chips serving size has been a bit stingy though. Everything else seems ok as usual.
[Total Bill w/ Tip & Tax]: Usually under $10
{Summary}: Though they are decent as for speed wise, I wish I didn't have to pay for the attitude that comes included. I'm glad that I have the option to visit the Alpharetta Hwy & Mansell Rd...
Read moreIt is really sad because this Chipotle used to be amazing! But sometime, a couple of months ago, all of the great staff, and I mean every single person, was replaced for what seems to be under very weird circumstances.
Today this location is just sad and somewhat insulting. You walk in the staff serves you with the sense that your presence is an inconvenience to them. They will rush through making your order without fully hearing what you are saying resulting in messing up your order. And they are so pretentious that you don’t even want to go through the trouble of correcting them.
No one adequately prepares for peak hours like lunch and dinner and having ingredients ready. They will look at you like you are the biggest idiot for asking if they have more of an item than is currently out, even though a full container can be seen on the counter behind them.
Because of this portion sizes are extremely inconsistent. As if to ration out small ones during peak hours because no one wants to take a second and get out more ingredients which they have directly below the main counter.
Sometimes the manager comes out (he doesn’t wear the regular uniform) and tries to “help out” but he carries the same exact annoyed demeanor of every other employee there
When paying for your meal the cashiers will do anything and but look at your general direction and don’t acknowledge you whatsoever. You are just a card swipe to them.
This used to be a very great location. But what seems like a takeover and replacement of the entire crew a couple months ago has absolutely destroyed the reputation of this location for me.
But I still come in sometimes hoping the old crew...
Read moreToday I decided to visit this location as I do quite often. Normally the service isn't bad but nor is it anything to mention. Well, today, I decided to go in and order my usual meal. I asked the new worker to give me Queso and we both noticed he only poured a small amount. So I asked “could I get get just a bit more”. Why'd did I say that🙄 the young lady “Lesli” looked over and asked was he giving me double queso. He said no. She continued to peek over at my plate FROM THE REGISTER! I said ma’am, he only gave me a bit more. She said “well he’s in training and I need to let him know about giving double scoops” (with an attitude). God forbid she just wait until I leave (they were literally slow).I would have been ok but she continued to eye ball my food like a QUESO POLICE! After, she asked if I wanted chips. I said just let me pay for what I have. She did, I grabbed my bag and as I began putting my food into the bag, she through my receipt across the counter. Now I’m upset bc not only did she charge me for the Queso, she clearly threw my receipt. To make matters worse, I asked a young lady next to her her name so I could report her attitude. Of course I’m sure she gave me an fake. So then I asked her the store number. She responded, I DONT THINK THERE WILL BE A NEED FOR THAT! At this point im confused because who are you to tell me what I can or can’t report. She then said I will talk to her about her behavior. We all know that’s a lie because that should have been the first thing she did after SHE SEEN IT!
Just horrible customer service! And yes I will be...
