If I could give this place 0 stars I would 100 percent from my experience. First off, me and the person I was with waited for at least 10 minutes for a cashier to take our order while the entire staff just stared at us. Granted, they were working on other things but there should always be someone working the register so a giant line doesn't form...which is exactly what ended up happening! Then a guy finally comes over and literally says nothing to us. No "Sorry for the wait" or "We apologize for the inconvenience" ANYTHING would have worked. He just stares at us more until I finally ask if he was ready and he nods his head. Next, we waited for about 15 to 20 minutes for our food (which is ridiculously priced by the way) and the Cajun fries we ordered were literally caked in seasoning to the point where we couldn't even see the original fry. I went up to the same "cashier" behind the counter who was being rude and impatient to another customer. I told him what happened and he smirks then yells out, "AY HE SAID THERES TOO MUCH CAJUN ON THE FRIES CAN HE GET SOME MORE?" like its a joke or something. The entire place could hear him and the manager wasn't even paying attention because he was working so hard. Was it too much for him to just get me a new order? I asked the "cashier" to throw away the bag of inedible fries for me then he wanted to argue with me because there was a trash can right behind me. So I am stuck waiting AGAIN for another 5 - 7 minutes while the lady giving out food is screaming numbers at the top of her lungs in peoples faces. Finally, I get my food and we are sitting there and he screams out again, "DID YOU GET HIM HIS FRIES? THE GUY WHO HAD TOO MUCH CAJUN." again like its some practical joke. Read moreWow. We just got takeout ($53), drove home to see that they screwed up the order. We called them right away to tell them we wanted a correction of the amount since we didn’t get what we paid for. The person said ”oh you need to come back so we can correct it, we can’t do refunds over the phone”. Ok!? We got a small fries (over salted, not even a full cup) but we paid for a regular. And you usually get an over full cup of fries (I don’t expect this it’s just how it’s always been but I at least want a full cup of fries in the size I paid for). Even my husband who loves salty food said he couldn’t eat the fries. One burger was correct and the other was supposed to be a tripple patty (that we paid for) but we only got a double. And then added mushrooms which wasn’t part of the order. My husband felt like this was it and was gonna drive 15 min back to get the refund (come on it’s not cheap) and called them again where they let him know that ”I’m sorry only general managers can do refunds so you need to come in on Monday, Tuesday or Thursday (?) to get help with the refund. So now one of us need to take time off work to go there and hope the GM is there/avaliable. lol..! They’ve lost us as customers and we’re not gonna be back. Time and time and time again they filled everyone’s order behind mine and just left mine sitting there. It finally took me saying something before Bevis and Butthead said….oh that’s yours and filled my order. Rocket Scientist working there!
Well that got me again. I placed my order online and showed up to pick it up. They cooked my burger and put it on the shelf. They just kept looking at me like we were playing a game of chicken and it took me saying that's my burger for them to even begin cooking the fries. What in the world? Brain Surgeons! By the time I got the food, the burger was cold and hard, but the fries were hot. The manager is a nice enough guy but he could tell I was pissed, and the rest of the staff need lots and lots of training.
And I appreciate the owner putting an obligatory comment on here to try and act like they are doing something so that others who read this review think they are being proactive, but clearly they aren't doing anything other than damage control. Don't waste your time. Go somewhere,...
