I’ve been eating at Judy’s for years. They used to be my favorite place to get Mexican food hands down. But I feel as though the quality has slipped over time. But the prices continue to increase. I always get steak nachos. The last few times I’ve gotten them, only the top layer of chips has had cheese and meat on it. Under that is just layers of plain chips. After I eat the coated layer of chips, the container is still full to the top with plain chips that didn’t have any nacho on them. When I first started eating there, steak nachos were $12. Now they’re $15 and they don’t even coat all the chips. The service is amazing every time. I’ve never caught a bad vibe from any of the workers they’re amazing every time. But we haven’t been happy with the food the last few times and I hate to say that because this was once my favorite place to eat. Sadly I don’t think we’ll be ordering in the future. But I wish these people the best. I’ve attached a picture of the steak nachos because they are bomb! I just don’t get nearly enough for my money.

We have recently discovered Judy’s Cantina and thought we would try them out. I had heard about them when they were on North Ave, but because of the fire we never had a chance to try them. Let me tell you, I’m glad that they have stayed in the neighborhood. We have been there a few times and every time we go, the food is absolutely phenomenal. When we go to places often, I will normally find one thing and stick with that. At Judy’s, every time we go I have ordered something different. The food is so good and we always have great service. Everyone is very welcoming and the atmosphere is very relaxing. The chips and salsa are great(make sure you get the green salsa). Everything is fresh and just absolutely delicious!!

U went to Judy's on North I was very satisfied with their food and service. As you know I am disabled but they had a ramp just for us and I appreciate it. It was a bit steep but the helped me up the ramp. Thanks staff. So as you can see I had the tasty Chimichangas and Moley. It as slightly tasty with a herb shell that took to Chimi to the next level of favor. The rice was flavorful and tender while the beans was evenly cooked and had intact beans that also brought a great element to a well balance meal experience. And what can I say about the Moley except It made me want more or that smoky goodness. Thank you Judy I will be coming back with friends and I hope to see you there😁

My fiance and i been coming here for years before it got changed to judys on north and it was one of our all time favorite late restaurants to go to that was always open even after going to bars and what not. The food use to be amazing and the rice was my favorite until it changed to judys we feel its not the same as it was and definitely doesn't have much taste as it use to have... The service there was also amazing until it became judys on north we were just in there and felt very weird just being in there as they didn't make us feel welcomed at all. The waitress also was always on her phone we had to keep getting up and asking for things yet still tipped her good. The one thing that I couldn't believe was my fiance put a few bucks in the slot machine there and he actually won and asked to cash out the man always behind the register said ok wait for the printed paper to come out and well one never came out and he said hes going to have to call the man who owns it and told us to put our name and number down and that he will call us... i had a feeling it was fishy already then this happen!!! My fiance said so will I get my money like thats weird and the man said he can't give out this guys number or any info and he won $100 and so we said we will be back tomorrow to get the money so we will see...

Our server was new but willing attentive...I'm the type of woman that knows what she wants (no matter how cheesy that sounds lbvs) she got every detail right she said she was new also. She did a amazing job! And I witnessed this lady and her friend leaving the first one got out no problem. The second young lady kind moved the table to get out and almost all.the drinking glasses fell. She felt so embarrassed 😅 and they were about to clean it up but a very kind gentleman staff member told "it's okay" and I said it okay "break of shame" and we ALL laughed. All the staff members were pleasant. Oh! I forget to mention because of our lovely waitress was new someone from the back help explain the portion size so I could get the right size for my daughter. Food was delicious ❤️

Family Fun Fact: I had my daughter at the Hospital across the street (St Columbia) and when I birthed my daughter (it was 11:11am) that night I get the same steak chimichanga dinner with my avocado on the side 😋🥰 back when it was Jalisco's 🤔💭🥰 I guess I cross food and a WONDERFUL memory together 🤔💭🥰😋🤤 they did not...
