Wonderful experiences! I've had both BOND bracelet and POKE piercing done and the Haley's in each of these departments are rock stars. I love my permanent bracelets - Haley was so helpful in her assistance in curating the look I wanted and was so patient when I needed some extra time deciding on which chain. I now have 3 and can't wait to add another. Haley in POKE is so, so, so, so good at this. I went in to the appointment open minded and asked Haley to provide some ideas on what to do and I am so happy with what Haley chose. I was super gung ho on adding two more ear piercings during a zappy hour. TLDR; I was a little hesitant to get my flat pierced and Haley was so kind, patient, and understanding about my worries and after a few deep breaths... I have my first flat piercing in the books! So very happy with the experiences and cannot recommend these services enough. Paloma is the BEST. I first went here for permanent jewelry, I got both a necklace and anklet done. I get compliments on them all the time and they have stood the test of time so well. They have not tarnished or broken, and I am an extremely active person.

I also decided to get a custom engagement ring done with Paloma. They made my vision for the ring truly come to life. They were able to incorporate an heirloom diamond into a gorgeous floral setting. Throughout the process I received hand-drawn renderings as well as a wax mock-up. They also were able to complete the ring within my timeline. I have received countless compliments on the ring, and I am so in love with the final product! I cannot recommend Paloma...

This review is long overdue! I booked the Paloma team for the wedding morning with my girls to surprise them with permanent bracelets. They were able to bring their mobile station to the venue and were so accommodating to the ever-shifting timeline of the morning. It was a fun way to say thank you to my bridesmaids and support a local Milwaukee business. If you aren't booking them for an event, don't miss their popups at events around the city (you'll be addicted to the jewelry once you start!). Cannot recommend them enough!
